Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó en la empresa INDURA ECUADOR S.A., Sucursal Quevedo, siendo una zona altamente Agrícola e Industrial, con una gran demanda de equipos de soldadura, gases y equipos de seguridad industrial lo que garantizó a la empresa para abrir sus puertas en un mercado altamente productivo. Los problemas más frecuentes a los que se enfrenta la empresa, es el control de inventarios, radica en que no se tiene conciencia de la importancia de contar con información suficiente y útil para minimizar los costos operativos de ventas, aumentar la liquidez, mantener un nivel de inventario óptimo y comenzar a utilizar la tecnología con la consecuente disminución de gastos operativos. Por este motivo nació la idea de implementación de un sistema de gestión de inventario y logística en base a la NORMA ISO 9001:2008. Lo importante de esta investigación, radicó en que la implementación de dicho sistema brindo ventajas competitivas que permitió a la organización hacer frente a la apertura de mercados y al cambio de las condiciones externas del entorno. Luego de analizar la interpretación de los datos obtenidos en la investigación realizada, se llegó a las siguientes conclusiones: Que el desarrollo del tema represento una mejora a todo el sistema de gestión de inventarios. La consideración de mejorar el sistema de gestión de inventarios, también mejoró el SGC (Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad) de la organización, porque el sistema de gestión de inventarios está basado en los lineamientos del SGC (Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad) y se retroalimentan. Y finalmente se realizaron las capacitaciones al personal de la empresa de acuerdo a lo sugerido con los nuevos métodos aplicados a la gestión de logística y control de inventarios. Todo este trabajo de investigación fue posible su realización gracias a la apertura de los directores de la empresa INDURA ECUADOR S.A., quienes me proporcionaron la información necesaria para el desarrollo de la tesis.

This research was conducted at the company INDURA ECUADOR SA, Sucursal Quevedo, being a highly agricultural and industrial area, with a high demand for welding equipment, gases and industrial safety equipment, which ensured the company to open its doors in a highly productive market. The most common problems that the company faces, is inventory control, is that no one is aware of the importance of having sufficient and useful for minimizing operating costs of sales information, increase liquidity, maintain a level optimal inventory and begin using the technology with the consequent decrease in operating expenses. Therefore, he was born the idea of implementing a system of inventory management and logistics based on ISO 9001: 2008. The importance of this research lay in the implementation of such a system I offer competitive advantages that allowed the organization to address the opening of markets and the change in external environmental conditions. After analyzing the interpretation of data obtained in the investigation, it came to the following conclusions: That theme development represent an improvement to the entire inventory management system. Consideration of improving the system of inventory management, also improved the QMS (quality management system) of the organization, because the system of inventory management is based on the guidelines of QMS (quality management system) and they feed. Finally the training of staff of the company according to the suggestions with the new methods applied to the management of logistics and inventory control were performed. All this research was made possible its realization thanks to the opening of the directors of the company INDURA ECUADOR SA, who provided me with the necessary information for the development of the thesis.
