Abstract
La presente investigación se basa en un proyecto de inversión para el desarrollo institucional de la Cooperativa de taxis “GRUPO 6” Quevedo, la misma que cuenta con un buen manejo en el área administrativa encargada de cumplir con los objetivos y metas organizacionales fijadas por sus directivos. Para lograr la realización de este proyecto de investigación se han efectuado siete capítulos, para obtener resultados. Se planteó como objetivo general: elaborar un proyecto de inversión para obtener un óptimo desarrollo institucional dentro de la Cooperativa de taxis; los objetivos específicos a tratar son: Ejecutar un estudio de mercado para considerar la amenaza directa a la que se expone la cooperativa de taxis “GRUPO 6”, realizar un estudio técnico a la cooperativa, elaborar un estudio financiero a la cooperativa para conocer si es rentable el proyecto de inversión propuesto. Para obtener una investigación concreta se recurrió a métodos y procedimientos de investigación útiles en el proyecto partiendo de teorías y principios universales; Como tipos de investigación se utilizó: la investigación exploratoria, que permitió la familiarización con la cooperativa, conocer sus características y aspectos más relevantes. Y como técnicas de investigación se realizó una entrevista a sus dirigentes, el Presidente y Gerente; y una encuesta a los socios, con la única finalidad de conocer sus criterios y poder obtener resultados y poder sacar las conclusiones y las debidas recomendaciones. Se puede decir que en lo que respecta a los resultados la cooperativa de taxis “GRUPO 6” si ha ido obteniendo en el transcurso del tiempo un desarrollo digno para sus socios, familiares y sobre todo para la ciudadanía Quevedeña y todos los usuarios que se benefician diariamente de su servicio.

This research is based on an investment project for institutional development of the Cooperative Taxi "GOUP 6" Quevedo it that has a good handle on the administrative area responsible for meeting organizational objectives and goals set by their managers. To achieve the realization of this research project have been made seven chapters, to get results. He was raised as a general objective: to develop an investment project for optimal institutional development within the Cooperative taxis; treat specific objectives are: To propose an investment project for the cooperative and to identify the means and the way how to achieve this, a study of the investment project variables and institutional development if they are not affecting the social, economic and political environment Taxi Cooperative and verify the Cooperative in recent years has shown institutional development. For a specific investigation we had to resort to methods and procedures useful research project based on universal principles and theories; As used types of research: exploratory research, which allowed us to become familiar with the cooperative, know their characteristics and most relevant aspects. And investigative techniques conducted an interview with its leaders, President and CEO; we also did a survey of all members, for the sole purpose of meeting their criteria and obtain results and to draw conclusions and recommendations due time. One can say that with regard to the results the taxi cooperative "GROUP 6" if it has been obtained in the course of time a worthy development partners, family and especially for Quevedeña citizenship and all the users who benefit daily service.
