Abstract
El proyecto de investigación “ANALISIS DE LOS COSTOS DE PRODUCCION Y RENTABILIDAD DEL CHIFLE DE BANANO (Musa paradisiaca) Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA ECONOMIA FAMILIAR DE LAS MADRES SOLTERAS DEL CANTON MOCACHE, PROVINCIA DE LOS RIOS AÑO 2014” surge esta iniciativa, debido a que es palpable la falta de empleo de las mujeres, teniendo en ocasiones que trabajar en el campo haciendo trabajos forzosos.
El estudio de mercado arrojo una aceptación favorable para la comercialización del chifle de banano, aunque el 58% de la población no ha consumido este piqueo pero debido a su alto contenido proteico y vitamínico califican su sabor de excelente a bueno.
La creación de la Microempresa tiene una excelente acogida por parte de todos los habitantes del cantón, cabe mencionar que el financiamiento va a ser por parte de Instituciones Públicas como: GAD de Mocache, GAD Los Ríos y el MIES, teniendo una inversión inicial de 8.379,00 para el funcionamiento de la misma; obteniendo una venta diaria de 800 fundas diarias de chifle de banano y un ingreso por venta anual de USD$96.000,00.
La estrategia de comercialización para la venta de chifles de banano va dirigida a los alumnos de 10 Unidades educativas fiscales del Cantón, entregando 80 fundas diarias, cabe mencionar que cada institución cuenta con aproximadamente de 200 a 400 alumnos.
Por lo antes mencionado se puede decir que la creación de la microempresa Banachifle mejorará la calidad de vida de las Madres solteras de la Asociación “Mujeres en Acción” del Cantón Mocache
