Abstract
La presente investigación titulada AUDITORÍA DE CUMPLIMIENTO Y SU EFECTO EN LA GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA “19 DE MAYO” DEL CANTÓN LA MANÁ; PERIODO 2019-2020. Institución educativa que brinda educación básica superior, bachillerato en ciencias y técnico, la misma que tiene como misión brindar una formación integral y de calidad educativa para contribuir al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la sociedad. Actualmente la educación tiene una representación importante, ya que permite que los individuos tengan un desarrollo integral, no solo por las destrezas y conocimientos que receptan, sino por la integración que tienen en la comunidad, todo esto se logra bajo la calidad educativa que deben tener las instituciones que ofrecen este servicio, las cuales deben cumplir con todos los indicadores y componentes de la calidad educativa. El objetivo de esta investigación es ejecutar la auditoria de cumplimiento en el área de gestión administrativa y el efecto que tiene en la misma; se orienta a resolver la siguiente problemática; ¿Qué efecto tiene la Auditoría de Cumplimiento en la Gestión Administrativa de la Unidad Educativa “19 de Mayo”. La metodología de la investigación se basa en el uso de métodos e instrumentos tales como la observación, revisión e inspección de documentos físicos y digitales, entrevista y aplicación de cuestionarios para así medir el cumplimento que tiene la gestión administrativa de la institución.

The present investigation entitled AUDIT OF COMPLIANCE AND ITS EFFECT ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT "19 DE MAYO" OF CANTON LA MANNA; PERIOD 2019-2020. Educational institution that provides basíc and higher education, science and technical baccalaureate, the same that has the mission to provide a comprehensive training and educational quality to contribute to improving the quality of life of society. Currently education has an important representation, since it allows individuals to have an integral development, not only for the skills and knowledge they receive, but for the integration they have in the community, all this is achieved under the educational quality that must have the institutions that offer this service, which must comply with all the indicators that educational legislation requires. The aim of this research is to carry out the compliance audit in the area of administrative management and the effect it has on it; it is oriented towards solving the following problem; What effect does the Compliance Audit have on the Administrative Management of the "19 de Mayo" Educational Unit? The research methodology is based on the use of methods and instruments such as observation, review and inspection of physical and digital documents, interviews and the application of questionnaires in order to measure the compliance of the administrative management of the institution.
