Abstract
En la presente investigación se da a conocer la “ELABORACIÓN DE UN PLAN DE MEJORA EN EL ÁREA DE PRODUCCIÓN DE PROTECTORES SEMICIRCULARES DE LA EMPRESA SERVIPAXA S.A MEDIANTE EL ANÁLISIS DE MUDAS”, describiendo la situación actual en la que se encuentra el proceso notando que no existe un estudio de métodos del trabajo y tiempo. Con la identificación de las mudas se tienen que la sobreproducción y sobreinventario se generan por la tardada respuesta a soluciones para las máquinas por los altos mandos administrativos generando una producción en exceso por la desconfianza que se tiene en las máquinas donde los productos defectuosos se originan por las mismas, las esperas son creadas por el mal estudio del trabajo donde trabaja la máquina y el personal de trabajo no, teniendo porcentajes de 77% y 83% de ociosidad siendo estos los más altos, el gran número de transportes que se tienen en el proceso es al inadecuado aprovechamiento del espacio que se tiene. En el plan de mejora se elaboró una redistribución de la planta la cual no afecta a otras líneas de producción permitiendo eliminar transportes, reduciendo tiempos y espacio, pasando de recorrer 74.3 metros en 9.02 minutos a obtener 53.55 metros en 6.6 minutos generando una reducción de metros del 27.93% y de tiempo del 26.83%, se movieron dos trabajadores del proceso 1, al proceso dos para de esta manera eliminar el alto porcentaje de ociosidad que tenían, contando con estos trabajadores en la elaboración de corte de protectores semicirculares se reducen los paros y la producción aumentaría en un 85.19% pasando de elaborar 135 fundas a elaborar 250 fundas, donde se reducen $ 146.16 del costo de producción, que al mes es un ahorro de $ 2192.40, aumentando la productividad en 4.62% en la elaboración de protectores semicirculares.

In the present investigation, the “DEVELOPMENT OF AN IMPROVEMENT PLAN IN THE PRODUCTION AREA OF SEMICIRCULAR PROTECTORS OF THE COMPANY SERVIPAXA S.A THROUGH THE ANALYSIS OF WASTE”, describing the current situation in which the process is, noting that there is no study of work methods and time. With the identification of the doffs, overproduction and overstock are generated by the delayed response to solutions for the machines by the senior administrative officers, generating an excess production due to the distrust that exists in the machines where defective products originate from The same, the waits are created by the bad study of the work where the machine works and the work personnel do not, having percentages of 77% and 83% of idleness, these being the highest, the large number of transports that are had in the process is the inadequate use of the space that you have.
