Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó en el Recinto “Selva Alegre” de la Parroquia San Carlos del cantón Quevedo, el objetivo fue evaluar el efecto de la harina del follaje de guanábana (Annona muricata L.) como fitobiótico en la alimentación de pollos broilers sobre los parámetros productivos, porcentaje de mortalidad y la rentabilidad de los tratamientos. La investigación tuvo un periodo de 42 días se aplicó un diseño completamente al azar (DCA) con cuatro tratamientos y cinco repeticiones, ocho aves por unidad experimental, para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la prueba de rangos múltiples Tukey (P≤0.05). Los resultados obtenidos varían según el porcentaje de harina del follaje de guanábana (0; 0.5; 1.0 y 1.5 %) otorgando la mejor respuesta en la mayoría de los parámetros productivos al T1 seguido del T4 al final del experimento, las mayores ganancias de peso con (1775,53 g y 1554,70 g) respectivamente. Se presentaron valores de conversión alimenticia más favorables para los tratamientos T1 y T4 con promedios de (2,59 y 2,92) respectivamente. Registrando mayor rendimiento de la canal en los tratamientos T1 y T4 (75.44 y 72.62 %) respectivamente. En la mortalidad el T4 con inclusión 1,5 % de harina de follaje de guanábana no presentó muertes y el mayor porcentaje con (7.5 %) de mortalidad fue el testigo T1. La mayor relación beneficio costo se registró en el T4 con un B/C de (1.21) y una rentabilidad mayor para el testigo T1 de (42.48 %) seguido del T4 con una rentabilidad de (37.19 %). Los resultados mostrados indicaron finalmente que el T4 si tuvo un efecto positivo en los parámetros productivos.

The present investigation was carried out in the “Selva Alegre” Enclosure of the San Carlos Parish of the Quevedo canton, the objective was to evaluate the effect of the flour of the soursop foliage (Annona muricata L.) as a phytobiotic in the feeding of broiler chickens on the productive parameters, percentage of mortality and profitability of the treatments. The investigation had a period of 42 days, a completely randomized design (DCA) was applied with four treatments and five repetitions, eight birds per experimental unit, for the statistical analysis the Tukey (P≤0.05) multiple range test was used. The results obtained vary according to the percentage of flour of the soursop foliage (0; 0.5; 1.0 and 1.5%) giving the best response in most of the productive parameters to T1 followed by T4 at the end of the experiment, the greatest weight gains with (1775.53 g and 1554.70 g) respectively. More favorable feed conversion values were presented for treatments T1 and T4 with averages of (2.59 and 2.92) respectively. Registering higher performance of the carcass in treatments T1 and T4 (75.44 and 72.62%) respectively. In mortality, T4 with inclusion of 1.5% soursop foliage flour did not show deaths and the highest percentage with (7.5%) mortality was the control T1. The highest cost-benefit ratio was recorded in T4 with a B / C of (1.21) and a higher profitability for the control T1 of (42.48%) followed by T4 with a profitability of (37.19%). The results shown finally indicated that T4 did have a positive effect on the productive parameters.
