Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación titulado: “PROYECTO DE INVERSIÓN PARA EL MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS SERVICIOS DEL CENTRO GERONTOLÓGICO DEL CANTÓN VALENCIA, AÑO 2015-2016”inicia de la necesidad de mejorar el sector productivo de la sociedad, ya que es ineludible la realización de una inversión para mejorar los servicios del centro gerontológico del cantón Valencia, es por esta razón que se realiza un estudio, para verificar si la realización de la inversión es viable o no. El centro gerontológico es una necesidad primordial para la ciudadanía en general especialmente dirigido al adulto mayorya que por medio de este servicio permite que los usuarios se trasladen al centro donde este les brindara ayuda u otras actividades que ellos deseen realizar.En la actualidad el centro gerontológico cuenta con los siguientes servicios como: bailoterapia, la hidroterapia que a veces se practica en las piscinas públicas del polideportivo del cantón Valencia, así como a su vez ellos realizan manualidades, escuchan música para relajarse, también se fomenta el servicio en la atención médica, la alimentación balanceada que les permita mejorar su ritmo alimenticio. Y a su vez también reciben charlas semanales acerca de su desarrollo socio afectivo que les ayuda a desenvolver en el medio social y familiar, mediante un análisis FODA las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas, para contrarrestarlas o disminuirlas, mediante la matriz estratégica donde se puede conocer las estrategias, objetivos y metas que pueden llevar a cabo para beneficio del centro gerontológico del cantón Valencia. Está investigación no solo se realizó con la finalidad de dar a conocer los procesos que con llevan a la realización de un plan de inversión, sino también para que muchas entidades conozcan que mediante este estudio se puede mejorar el sector productivo, fortaleciendo a muchos otros cantones que no cuentan con la remodelación de sus servicios y desarrollan sus actividades de forma empíricamente, basándose en los recursos que se tenga al alcance, según con los objetivos generales de la investigación, Análisis Situacional; Misión, Visión, Objetivos y Políticas, Presupuesto, la inversión es de $9938,50los cuáles serían financiados por el Municipio del Cantón Valencia; El estudio financiero es el que amerita profundo estudio de costos y gastos que estarán inmersos en la realización para mejorar el servicio del centro gerontológico del cantón Valencia.

This research study entitled "INVESTMENT PROJECT FOR IMPROVING SERVICES CENTER GERONTOLOGICAL CANTON VALENCIA, YEAR 2015-2016" starts from the need to improve the productive sector of society, as it is unavoidable making a investment to improve services geriatric center of Valencia canton, is for this reason that a study is carried out to verify the realization of the investment is viable or not. The geriatric center is a primary need for citizenship generally directed especially to the elderly and that through this service allows users to move to the center where they will provide help or other activities they wish to perform. At present the geriatric center has the following services: I dance therapy, hydrotherapy sometimes practiced in public pools sports Canton Valencia, and they in turn made crafts, agriculture, listen to music to relax, too the service is promoted in health care, a balanced diet that allows them to improve your eating pace. And in turn also receive weekly talks about his emotional partner who helps them develop social and family environment through a SWOT analysis development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, to counteract or diminish through strategic matrix where you can learn about the strategies, objectives and goals that can be performed for the benefit of the geriatric center of the canton Valencia. It is investigation not only was realized by the purpose of announcing the processes that with lead to the accomplishment of an investment plan, but also in order that many entities know that by means of this study it is possible to improve the productive sector, strengthening to many other cantons that do not possess the remodeling of his services and develop his activities of form empirically, being based on the resources that are had to the scope, as with the general aims of the investigation, Situational Analysis; Mission, Vision, Aims and Policies, Budget, the investment is of 9938,50 $ which would be financed by the Municipality of the Canton Valencia; The financial study is the one that deserves deep study of costs and expenses that will be immersed in the performance to better serve the geriatric center of the canton Valencia.
