Abstract
INDUCARRERO S.A., tiene muchos y variados problemas uno de los cuales es la tendencia o limitación de utilidades que obligan a sus diferentes directivos a superarse mediante el estudio y mejor conocimiento en diferentes áreas y en especial el área financiera de la empresa, para que pueda mejorar su rendimiento económico, para esto en el actual mundo en el que vivimos se requiere información financiera adecuada y oportuna que debe ser cuantitativa, confiable y accesible para que le ayude a fortalecer su juicio o decisión sobre algún asunto financiero.
El departamento financiero cumple funciones como la planeación de los recursos económicos para que su aplicación sea de la forma másóptima, además de investigar sobre las fuentes de financiamiento para la captación de recursos cuando la empresa tenga necesidad de los mismos, busca la reducción de incertidumbre de la inversión, todo esto con la finalidad de obtener las máximas utilidades por acción o la rentabilidad de la empresa.
La información de las acciones que desarrollan las diferentes áreas de trabajo debe ser entregadas al departamento financiero para el resumen y elaboración de informes financieros, y por ende analizar la estructura financiera de la empresa, los cuales son un instrumento fundamental para el proceso de toma de decisiones.
INDUCARRERO S.A. Se encuentra con falencias económicas por ello propuse realizar un análisis y rediseño de la estructura financiera de Inducarrero S.A.
Con la presente tesis pretendo constituir una fuente eficaz para el mejoramiento de la estructura financiera.

INDUCARRERO S.A., has many and varied problems one of which is the trend or limitation of utilities that force their different managers to overcome through the study and understanding of the company so that it can improve its performance, this in the current world in which we live requires adequate and timely financial information that must be quantitativereliable and accessible so that help strengthen their judgment or decision on any financial matter.
The Finance Department serves as the planning of economic resources to make your application the way more optimal, in addition to researching the sources of funding for the acquisition of resources when an enterprise has need of them, seeks the reduction of uncertainty of investment, all this with the purpose of obtaining maximum earnings per share or the profitability of the company.
The stock information that develop different areas of work must be delivered to the Finance Department for the summary and financial reporting, and therefore analyze the financial structure of the company, which are an essential tool for the decision-making process.
INDUCARRERO S.A. Meets economic shortcomings therefore proposed an analysis and redesign of the financial structure of Inducarrero S.A.
