Abstract
La empresa financiera “ASEFIN”, prestará sus servicios a los empresarios del cantón Quevedo en asesoramiento financiero.
ASEFIN, funcionará en la calle Bolívar y 5ta. del cantón Quevedo, provincia de Los Ríos, junto al Banco Bolivariano, la cual contará con el acondicionamiento adecuado para brindar un buen servicio a la ciudadanía; la misma que tendrá una estructura organizada.
Se requiere una inversión total durante el primer mes de USD 14.319.70 de los cuales USD 4.405.26 corresponden al Capital de Operación, USD 9.232.55 corresponden a los Activos Fijos, mientras que un 5% para los imprevistos es de USD 681.89
El total de egresos para el primer mes es de USD 37521,62, mientras que el total de ingresos para el primer año es de USD 44.460,00
La utilidad neta para el primer año es de USD 4.649,31, la relación beneficio – costo es de USD 0,18, esto significa que el proyecto es viable, el VAN es de USD 29.592,33, y la TIR es del 96%.
