Abstract
El presente proyecto de investigación tiene la finalidad de realizar un estudio de factibilidad técnico económico de un Centro de Revisión Técnico Vehicular (CRTV) en el cantón Quevedo de la provincia de Los Ríos-Ecuador, para la futura implementación; con el fin de: controlar el estado mecánico, sistemas de seguridad, ruido excesivo, emisión de gases, que origina los vehículos generando excesiva contaminación al medio ambiente provocando enfermedades respiratorias, como segundo punto reducir los accidentes de tránsito provocados por desperfectos en los sistemas que conforman un automotor ya que la Revisión Vehicular actual se la realiza de forma visual, empírica sin estar regido a normas técnicas para la correcta funcionalidad vehicular. Mediante la investigación de campo que comprenderá visitas técnicas al CRTV del cantón Santo Domingo con el fin de conocer cada uno de los equipos, procesos y tiempos que se llevan a cabo al momento de realizar la Revisión Técnica Vehicular (RTV) a cada tipo de vehículo. Con la utilización del software FlexSim herramienta amigable para simular procesos de una forma ideal, para optimizar los tiempos de trabajo y ocupación de los operarios y equipos que conforman cada uno de los procesos que se llevan a cabo en la RTV. Con el número total del parque automotor del cantón Quevedo, calcular el tamaño de la muestra con el fin de conocer la cantidad de talleres mecánicos a ser encuestados (68 talleres) y recolectar información de cuáles son las fallas mecánicas más frecuentes de los automotores. Mediante el estudio de la factibilidad económica se ha calculado los costos, ingresos que generara el CRTV con una proyección de 5 años de funcionamiento. La inversión estimada para la construcción en la primera fase y adecuación será de 350.000 dólares con una recaudación en el primer año de funcionamiento de 583.769,92 dólares.

The purpose of this research project is to carry out an economic technical feasibility study of a Vehicle Technical Review Centre (CRTV) in the canton of Quevedo of the province of Los Ríos-Ecuador, for future implementation; in order to: control the mechanical condition, safety systems, excessive noise, emission of gases, which causes the vehicles generating excessive pollution to the environment causing respiratory diseases, as a second point reduce accidents of traffic caused by damage to the systems that make up an automobile since the current Vehicle Review is carried out visually, empirically without being governed by technical standards for the correct vehicle functionality. Through field research that will include technical visits to the CRTV of the canton Santo Domingo in order to know each of the equipment, processes and times that are carried out at the time of the Vehicle Technical Review (RTV) to each type of vehicle. With the use of FlexSim software friendly tool to simulate processes in an ideal way, to optimize the working times and occupation of the operators and equipment that make up each of the processes that are carried out in the RTV. With the total number of the car park in the canton Of Quevedo, calculate the sample size in order to know the number of mechanical workshops to be surveyed (68 workshops) and to collect information on what are the most frequent mechanical failures of the Automotive. The study of economic feasibility has calculated the costs, revenue generated by CRTV with a projection of 5 years of operation. The estimated investment for construction in the first phase and adequacy will be $350,000 with a gross in the first year of operation of $583,769.92.
