Abstract
Palabras clave: Sanidad vegetal, inhibición, in vitro, marchitez vascular, homeopatía agrícola, in vivo.
Description
The agrohomeopathy was raised as the use of the homeopathic method in agriculture, from which it is possible to influence the biological processes of the plant to accelerate or stop its growth. On the other hand it represents an eco-friendly alternative for the natural control of pests and diseases. In the present work the in vitro evaluation of six homeopathic products (Magnesia phosphorica (Mp), Zincum phosphoricum (Zp), Phosphoricum acidum (Pa), Silícea terra (St), Natrum muriaticum (Nm), Arsenica album (Aa)) was made in two dilutions (7C and 13C) on the growth of the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici. For this, the poisoning technique of Potato Dextrose Agar culture medium was used; also puncture seeding to evaluate the diametrical growth of the fungus and the scanning technique to determine the percentage of spore inhibition. Diametral growth was evaluated at different times (every 48 h for seven days). No significant differences were found in the diametric growth of the fungus; however, significant differences were observed in the percentage of inhibition. The highest percentages were obtained with the treatments Zp-7C (70%), Mp-13C (65%) and Aa-13C (51%). The results indicate that the effect of the drugs on F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici is dependent on the type of homeopathic and the dilution employed. This work shows the effectiveness of the use of agrohomeopathy for the control of F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici causing vascular wilt, which is one of the diseases that most affect the tomato crop. Key words: Vegetable health, inhibition, in vitro, vascular wilt, agricultural homeopathy.
