Abstract
Realizar un estudio de mercado que permita identificar las necesidades de vivienda.
Elaborar el estudio técnico y organizacional.
Identificar y cuantificar los costos y beneficios mediante el estudio económico financiero de la actividad para poder proyectar y construir los flujos adecuados para realizar la evaluación privada de este proyecto.
Evaluar la inversión necesaria para el desarrollo del proyecto.
Este proyecto permite demostrar los suficientes resultados que prueben la necesidad de la creación de una empresa constructora de viviendas en el Cantón Ventanas, además podría ser una fuente generadora de empleo
El financiamiento externo es de primordial importancia dentro del sector económico del país y se convierte en una necesidad importante de los Agentes Económicos.

The creation of the project is justified because according to surveys carried out on 180 people in the city of Ventanas, most of them would be willing to buy a home.
External financing is of paramount importance within the economic sector of the country and becomes an important need of the Economic Agents.
