Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó durante los meses de octubre a
diciembre del año 2005 en la piscícola “STIWIYOR”, de propiedad
del Sr. Alfonso Benavides, localizada en una parte de la Represa
Daule – Peripa, en el recinto Gualipe a la altura del Km. 30 de la vía
Quevedo - Santo Domingo, cantón Buena Fe, provincia de Los Ríos,
cuyas coordenadas geográficas son 79°28’01” longitud Occidental y
0°45’32” de latitud Sur, a una altitud de 130 msnm. Cuyos objetivos
fueron:
Analizar el desempeño económico del cultivo de tilapia roja bajo el
método de jaulas flotantes.
Identificar los egresos e ingresos en el proceso productivo de la
tilapia roja.
Determinar la rentabilidad del cultivo de tilapia roja bajo el método de
jaulas flotantes.
Para el ensayo se utilizaron 1000 alevines de tilapia roja (híbrida),
que fueron desinfectados de carácter preventivo, y colocados en una
jaula construida con tubos de PVC como estructura y cubierta con
malla de nylon, la misma que pendía de una plataforma flotante con
capacidad de albergar 8 jaulas.Las variables medidas fueron:
1. En campo: Método de alimentación semanal de los peces; Registro
de peso semanal de los peces (g); .Tratamiento contra
enfermedades de los peces; Mortalidad de los peces;
Comercialización de los peces; Conversión alimenticia semanal de
los peces (g/pez).
2. Contables: Estado de Situación Inicial; Jornalización;
Mayorización; Balance de Comprobación; Estado de Perdidas y
Ganancias; Estado de Situación Final; Cálculos de los Costo de
Producción
El mayor incremento de peso de las tilapias se registró en la sexta
semana con un promedio de 40 g / pez, mientras que el menor
incremento de peso se lo registro en la décima tercera semana con
4.5 g / pez; llegando a un total de 460 g / pez durante el periodo de
cultivo.
El mayor número de peces enfermos se registro durante las cuatro
primeras semanas del cultivo.
El mayor índice de mortalidad fue causado por Saprolegnia, que
redujo la producción de tilapia en 94 unidades, cifra que representó
el 57.7 % del total de tilapias muertas.
El total de producción obtenida fue de 379.96 kilogramos de tilapia,
los cuales fueron comercializados a un valor de $ 2.2 / kilo.Las tilapias presentaron la mejor conversión alimenticia durante las
cuatro primeras semanas del cultivo, y reducen la conversión
paulatinamente las tres ultimas semanas.
El análisis económico del cultivo de tilapia bajo el método de jaulas
flotantes en la represa Daule – Peripa, durante los meses de octubre
a diciembre del 2005, determinó una rentabilidad de 7.63 %, y una
relación Beneficio – Costo, de 1.58 dólares.
Description
The present investigation was carried out during the months of
October to December of the year 2005 in the piscícola "STIWIYOR",
of property of Mr. Alfonso Benavides, located in a part of Daule Dams
it - Peripa, in the enclosure Gualipe to the height of the Km. 30 of the
road Quevedo - Sacred Domingo, canton Good Faith, county of The
Ríos whose coordinated geographical they are 79°28'01" Western
longitude and 0°45'32" of South latitude, to an altitude of 130 msnm.
Whose objectives were:
To analyze the economic acting of the cultivation of red tilapia under
the method of floating cages.
To identify the expenditures and revenues in the productive process
of the red tilapia.
To determine the profitability of the cultivation of red tilapia under the
method of floating cages.
For the rehearsal 1000 alevines of red tilapia was used (hybrid) that
were disinfected of preventive character, and placed in a built cage
with tubes of PVC like structure and covered with nylon mesh, the
same one that lolled of a floating platform with capacity of harboring 8
cages.
The variables measures were:1. In field: Method of weekly feeding of the fish; Registration of weekly
weight of the fish (g);. Treatment against illnesses of the fish;Mortality of the fish; Commercialization of the fish; Weekly nutritious
conversion of the fish (g/pez).
2. Accountants: State of Initial Situation; Jornalización; Mayorización;
Balance of Confirmation; State of Lost and Earnings; State of Final
Situation; Calculations of the Cost of Production
The biggest increment in weight of the tilapias registered in the sixth
week with an average of 40 g / fish, while the smallest increment of
weight registers it in the tenth third week with 4.5 g / fish; arriving to a
total of 460 g / fish during the period of cultivation.
