Abstract
La investigación se realizó en la provincia de Los Ríos, inició el 15 de febrero y finalizó el 24 de marzo del dos mil diecisiete durando 38 días, los objetivos fueron: Determinar las características fanerópticas del cerdo negro, establecer las características morfo-estructural del cerdo negro criollo en la provincia de Los Ríos. El trabajo de campo se efectuó visitando a los productores encontrando 160 hembras y 87 machos con un peso entre 40,83 y 54,23 Kg. Las variables zoométricas evaluadas: longitud de cabeza, Anchura de cabeza, Longitud de hocico, Ancho de hocico, Longitud de la grupa, Ancho de la grupa, Alzada a la cruz, Alzada a la grupa, Alzada al nacimiento de cola, Diámetro longitudinal, Diámetro dorsoesternal, Diámetro bicostal, Perímetro toráxico, Perímetro de la caña, Longitud de la oreja, Anchura de la oreja. Índices zoométricos: cefálico, proporcionalidad, corporal, pelviano, toráxico, profundidad relativa del pecho, metacarpo toráxico. Se realizó el análisis de estadística descriptiva y de varianza teniendo como efecto el sexo. Resultados en variables zoométricas fueron: Hembras (LZC) 27,05; (ACZ) 16,33;(LH) 17,14; (AH) 8,52; (LGR) 27,00; (AGR) 24,43;(ALC) 64,06; (ALG) 70,17; (ANC) 53,67; (DL) 76,74; (DDE) 37,12;(DBC) 25,53; (PTO) 96,64; (PCA) 14,92; (LO) 17,20; (AO) 14,53 y en machos (LZC) 28,30;(ACZ) 17,14; (LH) 18,06; (AH) 9,50; (LGR) 27,86; (AGR) 25,40; (ALC) 65,05;(ALG) 72,11; (ANC) 54,60; (DL) 77,47; (DDE) 37,82; (DBC) 26,52; (PTO) 96,14;(PCA) 16,04;(LO) 17,63; (AO) 15,05 no encontrando diferencias estadísticas significativas (P<0,05). Los valores (%) obtenidos en los índices en hembras y machos fueron: ICF, 60,37 y 60,60; IPD, 83,48 y 83,97; ICP, 79,40 y 80,58; IPV90,50 y 91,17; ITO, 68,78 y 70,13; PRP, 57,95 y 58,15; IMT, 15,44 y 16,69. Las variables fanerópticas reportaron ausencia de mamellas con 79,35%, tipo orejas tejas con 47,77%, el perfil frontonasal recto con 47,77 % y tipo de pelo entrepelado con 56,68%.
Description
The research was carried out in the province of Los Ríos, started on February 15 and ended on March 24, 2000 for 38 days. The objectives were: To determine the phaneroptic characteristics of the black pig, to establish the morpho-structural characteristics of the pig Creole black in the province of Los Ríos. The field work was carried out by visiting the producers, finding 160 females and 87 males weighing between 40.83 and 54.23 kg. Results in zoommetric variables were: Females (LZC) 27.05; (ACH) 16.33, (LH) 17.14; (AH) 8.52; (LGR) 27.00; (AGR) 24.43; (ALC) 64.06; (ALG) 70.17; (ANC) 53.67; (DL) 76.74; (DDE) 37.12; (DBC) 25.53; (PTO) 96.64; (PCA) 14.92; (LO) 17.20; (AO) 14.53 and in males (LZC) 28.30; (ACZ) 17.14; (LH) 18.06; (AH) 9.50; (LGR) 27.86; (AGR) 25.40; (ALC) 65.05; (ALG) 72.11; (ANC) 54.60; (DL) 77.47; (DDE) 37.82; (DBC) 26.52; (PTO) 96.14; (PCA) 16.04; (LO) 17.63; (AO) 15.05 not finding statistically significant differences (P <0.05). The values (%) obtained in the indices in females and males were: ICF, 60,37 and 60,60; IPD, 83.48 and 83.97; ICP, 79.40 and 80.58; IPV90.50 and 91.17; ITO, 68.78 and 70.13; PRP, 57.95 and 58.15; IMT, 15.44 and 16.69. Phaneroptic variables reported absence of mammals with 79.35%, ears type tiles with 47.77%, straight frontonasal profile with 47.77% and type of hair interpellated with 56.68%.
