Abstract
En el año 1957 en la Provincia de Los Ríos existían aproximadamente 50.000 Hectáreas Cultivadas de Banano es decir del 100% del total de las áreas Cultivadas en el Ecuador el 31.25% se encuentra en la Provincia de los Ríos, registrando así un total de 1.100 Productores Básicos de la Fruta.
Tal es así que dentro de este grupo de productores Básicos de Banano de la Provincia de los Ríos se encuentra la Hacienda El Rosal con un cultivo de banano de 86.15 Hectáreas anteriormente propiedad de las Sra. Rosa Amable Galarza madre del actual dueño Sr. Guillermo Borja Galarza.
La totalidad de las hectáreas está comprendido dentro de los siguientes linderos; por el Norte, con la hacienda San Miguel de propiedad del Sr. Manuel Arechua; por el Sur y Este, con el Rio Sibimbe y por el Oeste con el Rio Zapotal.
La “Hacienda el Rosal” es una empresa, registra una existencia legal desde el año 1996, legalizada ante el Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería con acuerdo Ministerial # 0204; bajo el RUC.1200300026001, con sede en la Provincia de los Ríos cantón Ventanas.
Comercializando su producto desde que inicio su producción a la Compañía Unión de Bananeros Ecuatorianos S.A teniendo así, 52 años como cliente de dicha compañía.
El Objetivo General de la investigación aplicada a esta empresa es de Diseñar un manual de procedimiento contable y administrativo en la Hacienda El Rosal para un mayor control en las actividades que permita tomar decisiones a su gerente. Para confirmar la confiabilidad de las operaciones Contables y Administrativas, considerando como objetivos específicos necesarios para complementar el trabajo de campo de la investigación.
En la metodología de la investigación se utilizo la observación para conocer el proceso operativo, cuestionario con preguntas cerradas para el Gerente Administrador, Contador, Jefe de Campo y colaboradores. También se entrevisto al Gerente General utilizando una guía de apoyo con preguntas abiertas relacionadas con la temática de estudio.
En esta Organización, es importante elaborar un proceso contable y administrativo para conocer los problemas que dificultan el desarrollo operativo y obstaculizan el crecimiento de la organización. Es importante para esta disciplina valorar la importancia de los problemas, encontrar sus causas y proponer soluciones adecuadas y establecerlas.
En la actualidad, es cada vez mayor la necesidad de examinar y valorar la calidad financiera y administrativa de los procesos mediante los cuales opera una organización. Esto se logra a través de un seguimiento y control de los procesos a establecerse.
Con el desarrollo de la tecnología y de la informática, también es necesario evaluar lo adecuado de la información contable y administrativa que se proporciona a la alta dirección para la planeación (estratégica y operacional), la organización, la toma de decisiones, el control y demás funciones administrativas de alto nivel.
Cualquier tipo de organización, sea pública o privada, grande, mediana o pequeña tiene la necesidad de examinar su situación.

The General Aim of the investigation applied to this company is of Designs a manual of countable and administrative procedure in the Estate The Rosal for a major control in the activities that it allows to take decisions to his manager. To confirm the reliability of the Countable and Administrative operations, considering as specific necessary aims to complement the fieldwork of the investigation.
In the methodology of the investigation I use the observation to know the operative process, questionnaire with questions closed for the Manager Administrator, Book-keeper, Field chief and collaborators. Also I interview the General Manager using a guide of support with opened questions related to the subject matter of study.
In this Organization, it is important to elaborate a countable and administrative process to know the problems that impede the operative development and prevent the growth of the organization. It is important for this discipline to value the importance of the problems, to find his reasons and to propose suitable solutions and to establish them.
At present, there is every time major the need to examine and value the financial and administrative quality of the processes by means of which it produces an organization. This is achieved across a follow-up and control of the processes for be establishing.
With the development of the technology and of the computer science, also it is necessary to evaluate adapted of the countable and administrative information that is provided to the high direction for the planeación (strategic and operational), the organization, the capture of decisions, the control and other administrative high-level functions.
Any type of organization, be public or private, big, medium or small it has the need to examine his situation.
