Abstract

La presente investigación está enfocada al Desarrollo de un Modelo de Gestión de Producción que permita estandarizar los procesos operativos en TALLER INDUSTRIAL TINOCO con el objetivo de incrementar la eficiencia en el proceso de producción de herramientas industriales (maquinarias agrícolas) e identificar el consumo de recursos que impiden el desarrollo de los procesos de producción. A través de la observación directa se pudo reconocer que existe una deficiencia en la organización de las actividades por lo cual se genera una inestabilidad en el desarrollo de los procesos, dando lugar a una acumulación de trabajo generando a su vez una demora en los plazos de entrega. La empresa no dispone de una planificación que permita tener el control de las actividades que se desarrollan en la misma. Por lo cual, se estandarizaron tiempos de operación con el objetivo de tener una fundamentación para la organización y control de las tareas para cada trabajador. The present investigation is focused on the Development of a Production Management Model that allows standardizing the operational processes in TALLER INDUSTRIAL TINOCO with the objective of increasing the efficiency in the production process of industrial tools (agricultural machinery) and identifying the consumption of resources that impede the development of production processes.
