| dc.description | The present study was conducted in the La Maná Canton, province of Cotopaxi, sector La Playita, is located between the coordinates geographical 00 ° 49' 00 "South latitude and 78 ° 48'30" West longitude. The experimental work lasted for three months. The treatments under study were as follows: T1 = organic fertilizer Agropesa (50L ha-1) Azotobacter spp.. (1 L ha-1); T2 = manure organic Agropesa (50L ha-1) Pseudomonas fluorescens (1L ha-1): T3 = manure organic Biol (50L ha-1) Azotobacter spp.. (1 L ha-1); T4 = manure organic Biol (50L ha-1) Pseudomonas fluorescens (1L ha-1). Design of completely randomized blocks DBCA with a total of four treatments and five replications, was used which was 120 square meters experimental. The analysis of variance, the sources of variation that were significant, the Tukey test was 5%. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio se realizó en el Cantón La Maná, provincia de Cotopaxi, sector La Playita, se ubica entre las coordenadas geográficas 00º 49` 00`` latitud sur y 78º48`30`` longitud oeste. El trabajo experimental tuvo una duración de tres meses. Los tratamientos bajo estudio fueron los siguientes: T1 = Abono orgánico Agropesa (50L há-1) + Azotobacter spp. (1L ha-1); T2 = Abono orgánico Agropesa (50L há-1) + Pseudomona fluorescens (1L ha-1): T3 = Abono orgánico Biol (50L há-1) + Azotobacter spp. (1 L ha-1); T4= Abono orgánico Biol (50L há-1) + Pseudomona fluorescens (1L ha-1). Se utilizó el diseño de bloques completamente al azar DBCA con un total de cuatro tratamientos y cinco repeticiones, con lo cual se obtuvo 120 metros cuadrados experimentales. Se realizó el análisis de varianza, de las fuentes de variación que resultaron significativas, se efectuó la prueba de Tukey al 5%. Evaluar la incidencia de microorganismos eficientes más abonos orgánicos y en el comportamiento agronómico del cultivo de lechuga (Lactuca sativa) en el cantón La Maná. Los resultados fueron: El altura de planta el tratamiento Abono orgánico Agropesa + Pseudomona fluorescens alcanzó la mayor altura con 12.45 cm a los 30 días; el mismo abono logra la altura máxima a los 45 días con 15.70 cm. El largo de la hoja (cm) obtuvo un alcance mayor en el tratamiento Abono orgánico Biol + Azotobacter spp. Con 11.40 cm a los 30 días; el mismo abono logra la altura máxima a los 45 días con 15.25 cm. El ancho de la hoja (cm) expresa que a los 30 y 45 días refleja un valor máximo el tratamiento de Abono orgánico Agropesa + Azotobacter spp con 6.75 y 8.87 cm en su orden | es_ES |
