Abstract
El presente proyecto se centraliza en la construcción de un removedor de granos dentro de una máquina secadora para mejorar su propósito y aumentar la calidad final del grano ya con esto se puede optimizar el tiempo, el combustible y el factor humano. El objetivo principal del proyecto que es el evaluar los parámetros de calidad en el secado de maíz (mediante la implementación de paletas rotatorias dentro de la máquina secadora), se diseñó y construyó un prototipo de removedor, con el fin de mejorar los tiempos de secado disminuyendo los costos de operación y mejorando la calidad del grano de maíz. La construcción del sistema de secado con removedor (paletas rotatorias) se realizó en el cantón Mocache, provincia de Los Ríos, para la construcción del removedor se realizó trabajo metal mecánico, instalación eléctrica y del Motoreductor, el diseño y cálculos de materiales y la construcción e instalación del removedor el mismo que está conformado por una cinta dentada una serie de ángulos para remover y con un sistema de engranaje previamente calculados que permite transferir la potencia del motor al sistema. Utilizando ciertas pruebas que ayudaron a realizar el trabajo de construcción de una forma más eficaz y eficiente, así mismo utilizando el software MD SOLID se realizaron las pruebas de resistencia de materiales para poder adquirir los materiales indicados y la máquina de mejores resultados, de esta manera no se encontraran inconvenientes a futuros con nuestro equipo ya que de manera segura se utilizó el material que resistirá el uso que se le dará a nuestra implementación gracias a los cálculos de diseño previamente realizados en el programa MD Solid.

The present project focuses on the construction of a grain remover inside a dryer to improve its purpose and increase the final quality of the grain and with this we can optimize the time, fuel and human factor. And of the main objective of the project, which is to evaluate the parameters of quality in the drying of maize (through the implementation of rotary pallets inside the dryer machine), a prototype of remover was designed and built, in order to improve the Drying by lowering operating costs and improving the quality of corn grain. The construction of the drying system with remover (rotating pallets) was carried out in the Mocache canton, province of Los Ríos, for the construction of the remover was made mechanical metal work, electrical installation and Motoreductor, the design and calculations of materials and construction And installation of the remover the same that is conformed by a serrated belt a series of angles to remove and with a system of gear previously calculated that allows to transfer the power of the motor to the system. Using certain tests that helped to carry out the construction work in a more efficient and efficient way, also using the software were made the tests of resistance of materials to be able to acquire the indicated materials and our machine of better results, in this way we do not have Inconveniences to our future with our equipment since it was safely used the material that will resist the use that will be given to our implementation thanks to the design calculations previously made in the MD solid program.
