| dc.description | This research was conducted at the Agricultural Farm "Julito" dedicated to the production of cocoa and palm oil, located in the Recinto Pavon, belonging to the parish San Carlos of Canton Quevedo, province of Los Rios. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se efectuó en la Hacienda Agrícola “Julito” dedicada a la producción de cacao y palma africana, ubicada en el Recinto Pavón, perteneciente a la Parroquia San Carlos del Cantón Quevedo, Provincia de Los Ríos. Para poder realizar la propuesta del manual administrativo y contable se necesitó como primera instancia obtener información sobre la situación actual por parte del propietario de la hacienda a través de la aplicación de la entrevista, posteriormente se efectuaron las encuestas a la población objeto de estudio que este caso debido al número de trabajadores que es mínimo no hubo la necesidad de determinar la muestra, es decir; se encuesto a doce empleados los cuales representan la totalidad de la población. Los datos obtenidos por parte de la encuesta realizada a los empleados permite conocer que existen personas laborando por más de cinco años para la hacienda lo que indica que cuenta con un personal con experiencia, estable y comprometido con su trabajo, también se refleja que coexiste una buena relación laboral entre empleador y empleado, motivo por el cual se evidencia que el 92% de dichos empleados sin contar con una organización establecida siguen en cierto grado la línea responsabilidad y autoridad que rige al orden jerárquico. También se pudo indicar que existen problemas de coordinación en las actividades y deficiencia en el manejo del personal debido a que la administración de la hacienda se la realiza de una manera empírica, además se reflejó que al igual que en el área administrativa, existen deficiencias en cuanto al manejo contable por la falta de los registros necesarios para obtener información veraz y confiable respecto a la situación económica, lo que causa inconvenientes y contratiempos lo que se convierte en una desventaja para la hacienda. | es_ES |
