| dc.description | The objectives of this study was to make a plan to improve the tourism in Cerro Bravo as part of a community development in Canton Buena Fe with the propose to turn it into a tourist power. For which a diagnosis of the current situation was made, which serve as a preparation for a F.O.D.A. Analysis, and so the factors that benefit and the factors that not help the tourism process of the place are determinate. These Analyzes were used to formulate the questions that served as tools for the need to know the level of importance that visitors give to the infrastructure and services offered in the place where the 71.25% consider important to make improvement in the existing infrastructure and in turn 94.50% agree that another area is implemented. As a final result an improvement plan was proposed that would help to meet the needs of those that visit it, in addition as part of the proposal the promotion of the same was included, which will be carried out through social networks and peripheral to the realization of sporting and cultural events. In conclusion, it can be affirmed that the tourist facilities are of great relevance in the tourist activities because it provides comfort and convenience. | dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este estudio fue realizar un plan de mejora del producto turístico Cerro Bravo como parte del desarrollo comunitario del cantón Buena fe con el propósito de convertirlo en una potencia turística. Para lo cual, se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual del atractivo mediante investigación exploratoria y entrevista al propietario, que sirvió de base para la elaboración de un análisis F.O.D.A. con el que se determinó los factores que benefician y aquellos que no favorecen al progreso turístico del sitio. La recolección de datos se hizo mediante el diseño y aplicación de una encuesta que permitió conocer el nivel de importancia que los visitantes le dan tanto a la infraestructura como a los servicios ofertados en el lugar, obteniendo como resultado que el 71.25% considera importante realizar mejoras en las instalaciones existentes y el 94.50% está de acuerdo en que se implemente otras áreas. Por último, con la finalidad de cubrir las necesidades que se encontraron en el proceso de la investigación se hace la propuesta de un plan de mejora para el atractivo que incluye mejorar las áreas ya existentes, la implementación de nuevas áreas y la promoción del lugar, la misma que se realizará a través de redes sociales y perifoneo ante la realización de eventos deportivos y culturales. En el atractivo turístico Cerro Bravo se denota la necesidad de mejorar e implementar facilidades turísticas que le permitan proporcionar confort y comodidad a los visitantes.
