| dc.description | There are methodologies that support in a great way to continuously improve processes within companies, one of them is known as the Kaizen system or the 5s, which allows us to preserve the work environment in a clean, organized and above all safe safe. The improvement of this system was carried out in the company Agrosistemas SA, which is dedicated to the manufacture of agricultural machinery, in order to improve the aspects of each of the jobs in the production area in what belongs to the order and cleanliness, thus providing a safe, comfortable environment for operators and therefore quality in the products that are manufactured. The objective of this study is to design and implement the KAIZEN system in the production area of the company Agrosistemas S.A., due to the fact that currently lack of standards of cleanliness, safety in the workplace, and demotivation in the operators have been detected. Before starting the implementation of the KAIZEN system in the company's production area, a diagnosis of the current situation was carried out, for which data were taken that will be compared in the end with the results obtained in order to assess whether compliance with the proposed objectives, at this point the indicators are also established which were: Available Space, Work Environment and Cycle Time of the main product manufactured by the company (Corn Sheller)....................................................... | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Existen metodologías que apoyan en una gran manera a mejorar continuamente los procesos dentro de las empresas, una de ellas es la conocida como el sistema KAIZEN (conocido como el sistema de las 5S), la cual nos permite conservar el ambiente de trabajo de manera limpia, organizada y sobre todo seguro. La mejora de este sistema se llevó a cabo en la empresa Agrosistemas S.A., la cual se dedica a la fabricación de maquinarias agrícolas, con la finalidad de mejorar los aspectos de cada uno de los puestos de trabajo del área de producción en lo que pertenece al orden y limpieza, brindando así un ambiente seguro, cómodo para los operarios y por ende calidad en los productos que se fabrican. El objetivo de este estudio es diseñar e implementar el sistema KAIZEN en el área de producción de la empresa Agrosistemas S.A., debido a que actualmente se han detectado falta de estándares de limpieza, seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, y desmotivación en los operarios. Antes de comenzar la implementación del sistema KAIZEN en el área de producción de la empresa, se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual, para lo cual se tomaron datos que serán comparados al final con los resultados obtenidos con la finalidad de evaluar si se cumplió con los objetivos propuestos, en este punto también se establecen los indicadores los cuales fueron: Espacio Disponible, Ambiente Laboral y Tiempo de Ciclo del principal producto que fabrica la empresa (Desgranadora de Maíz).............................................................. | es_ES |
