Abstract
El presente proyecto tiene una propuesta a la construcción de un vehículo para personas con paraplejia por medio del CONADIS, para su efecto, la intervención de diferentes factores como la tecnología, influyen en la actualidad con mejoras mediante el desarrollo de este tipo de proyectos que van enlazados junto con la investigación y análisis de los resultados.
Se realizaron los estudios necesarios para determinar la cantidad de personas con movilidad reducida, donde se define este proceso de construcción, modelo y tipo de vehículo el cual se utilizara para El Cantón “El Empalme” sector vulnerable de la provincia del Guayas.
El objetivo general que se plantea para esta investigación es poder llevar acabo la estructura para este vehículo para que las personas con este tipo de discapacidad puedan movilizarse sin dificultades
La investigación adicionalmente se apoyara en la utilización de las técnicas como las encuestas donde se pretende obtener información proporcionadas directamente con personas discapacitadas con problemas parapléjicos.
Como recomendaciones principales es que el estado ecuatoriano capacite a personas para que puedan adquirir este tipo de vehículos y exista una mayor inversión para su construcción.
El vehículo tiene un sistema que satisface propuestas de quienes los necesitan para el uso diario, el cual es accionado por diferentes sistemas como palancas, frenos manuales y propone la facilidad de conducirlo.
Al efectuar el análisis de las diferentes piezas y materiales se realizó la simulación y los diferentes cálculos para verificar que lo utilizado es factible; se determinaron las especificaciones al momento de construirlo que permite al usuario conducirlo con seguridad, cumpliendo con las condiciones de calidad establecidas.
La solución para personas con paraplejia se define a partir de verificar económicamente el precio que tiene este vehículo en el mercado a diferencia de este prototipo que supera las
expectativas por su bajo costo y por su desempeño en la carretera.

A partir de los resultados concluimos que el vehículo construido es de beneficio, mejorando la calidad de vida y transporte de las personas con paraplejia ya que cumple con los estándares y normas.
Description
The present project has a proposal for the construction of a vehicle for people with stroke problem through the CONADIS for its effect. The intervention of different factors such as technology has influence the modern age with improvements through the development of such projects that are linked together with the research and analysis of the results
The necessary studies were realized to determine the number of people with limited mobility, where this process of construction is defined, the model and type of vehicle in which will be used in the canton of "El Empalme" and all vulnerable sector of the Guayas province.
The overall objective for this research is to be able to carry out the structuring of this vehicle for people with this type of disability, so that they can be mobilized without difficulties
The research also will rely on the use of the surveys where the aim is to obtain information provided directly from disabled people with partial stroke problems.
As main recommendations the Ecuadorian State government should orientate people so that they may acquire this type of vehicle and on the other hand, a greater investment for its construction.
The vehicle has a system with satisfying proposal for those who need them for everyday use, which is powered by different systems such as levers, hand brakes and offers a great ease of driving it.
To carry out the analysis of the different parts and materials different calculations and simulation were held by different to verify that what’s been used is effective; specifications
were determined at the time of construction that allows the user to drive it safely, complying with established quality conditions.
The solution for people with stroke is defined from verifying economically the worth of this vehicle in the market to deference to this prototype that exceeds expectations by its low cost and performance on the road.
Based on the results, we conclude that the vehicle built is beneficial, improving the quality of life and transport of people suffering from paralysis since it complies with the standards and norms.
