| dc.description | The present investigation refers to the study of administrative and financial management and its impact on the level of portfolio recovery of JUDISPRO SA, which is a company in charge of the distribution of food products of Pronaca in the city of Quevedo and several Sectors of the Provinces of Guayas, Manabí and Cotopaxi, their facilities are located in the El Pital citadel at km 2 via Valencia. This study made it possible to determine the shortcomings in the administrative management of JUDISPRO SA during the portfolio recovery process for the loans that the company grants to its customers from the sale of products it distributes, therefore the delimitation of the research was focused on the area Of collections, whose main objective was to evaluate the incidence of administrative and financial management in the recovery of the portfolio of the year 2015, with the diagnosis of this area was determined the factors that require greater attention in the administrative process, this research arose due to the Need to have a mechanism to measure the future behavior of clients, as having a good level of portfolio collection helps important decision making. The methodology used for the development of this research was through the collection of information from primary sources, through surveys to the representatives and executives of the company, with the indicators and analysis of the information collected was obtained as a final result the conclusions and Served as a basis for issuing the recommendations to be applied by shareholders and their staff in order to improve the collection level of JUDISPRO S.A. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación hace referencia al estudio de la gestión administrativa – financiera y su incidencia en el nivel de recuperación de cartera de JUDISPRO S.A., la cual es una empresa encargada de la distribución de productos alimenticios de Pronaca en la ciudad de Quevedo y varios sectores de las Provincias del Guayas, Manabí y Cotopaxi, sus instalaciones se encuentran ubicadas en la ciudadela El Pital en el Km. 2 vía Valencia. Este estudio permitió determinar los inconvenientes en la gestión administrativa de JUDISPRO S.A durante el proceso de recuperación de cartera por los créditos que la empresa otorga a sus clientes de la venta de productos que distribuye, por lo tanto la delimitación de la investigación estuvo enfocada al área de cobranzas, cuyo objetivo principal fue evaluar la incidencia de la gestión administrativa – financiera en la recuperación de cartera del año 2015, con el diagnóstico de esta área se determinó los factores que requerían mayor atención en el proceso administrativo, está investigación surgió debido a la necesidad de contar con un mecanismo que permita medir el comportamiento futuro de los clientes, ya que al tener un buen nivel de recaudación de cartera ayuda a la toma de decisiones importantes. La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo de esta investigación fue mediante la recolección de información de fuentes primarias, por medio de encuestas a los representantes y ejecutivos de la empresa, con los indicadores y análisis de la información recolectada se obtuvo como resultado final las conclusiones y que sirvieron de base para emitir las recomendaciones que deberán ser aplicadas por los accionistas y su personal con el fin de mejorar el nivel de recaudación de cobranza de JUDISPRO S.A. | es_ES |
