| dc.description | With the development of this research on the theme: Tax Audit and Compliance Effect on the tax obligations of the Company Agrocomercial Bapeagro SA, Quevedo Canton, Year 2013, is linked to a felt need for businesses located agro-business in a purely agricultural area of the province of Los Rios, Quevedo; A conceptual analysis of the procedures and criteria used by the company for the settlement of taxes that affect their activity, with the aim of determining liabilities or contingencies will be made. The present research intends to conduct an audit to determine compliance with tax laws and tax regulations Agrocomercial Bapeagro SA, Quevedo Canton, 2013. Being a legally constituted company with equity capital and its farming company dedicated to marketing dry beans, various obligations to which it is subject and that must be met for tax being cleared. In Agrocomercial Bapeagro SA, there is a slight lack of new reforms, tax credits for their activity are entitled to and that is a benefit to the company, this because there is no plan of concurrent training to employees of the company and that ignorance falls into regulatory offenses. | dc.description.abstract | Con el desarrollo de esta investigación cuyo tema es: Auditoría Tributaría y su Incidencia en el Cumplimiento de las Obligaciones Fiscales de la Empresa Agrocomercial Bapeagro S.A., Cantón Quevedo, Año 2013, está ligado a una necesidad requerida para las empresas con actividad agro-comercial ubicadas en una zona netamente agrícola de la Provincia de Los Ríos, Quevedo; Se realizará un análisis conceptual de los procedimientos y criterios aplicados por la empresa para las liquidaciones de los impuestos que inciden en su actividad, con el objetivo de determinar pasivos o contingencias. El presente trabajo de investigación pretende realizar una auditoría para determinar el cumplimiento de leyes tributarias y regulaciones fiscales de Agrocomercial Bapeagro S.A., Cantón Quevedo, año 2013. Por ser una empresa legalmente constituida con capital propio y por su actividad agrícola empresa dedicada a la comercialización de granos secos, se despejan diversas obligaciones a las que está sujeta y que debe de cumplir para su bienestar tributario. En Agrocomercial Bapeagro S.A., existe un leve desconocimiento sobre nuevas reformas, créditos tributarios que por su actividad tiene derecho y que es un beneficio para la empresa, esto debido a que no existe un plan de capacitaciones concurrentes a los empleados de la empresa y que por desconocimiento se cae en faltas reglamentarias. Estos resultados reflejan que no se tiene un control adecuado de las obligaciones tributarias a las que está sujeta la empresa, lo cual está incidiendo a que se vea inmersa en sanciones y multas pecuniarias SRI. El nivel de cumplimiento de sus obligaciones sea bajo, su nivel de riesgo es del 75 % por que sus obligaciones como sujeto pasivos son sustituidas por no encontrarse completa la información. | es_ES |
