Abstract
El trabajo de investigación se lo efectuó en la Empresa Tabacalera La FRANCEY S.A dedicada a la plantación de las matas de tabaco, fue constituida el 10 de junio del 2004, cuyo RUC corporativo es el 0992359072001 con el nombre de Tabacalera La Francey S.A. ubicada en el km 16½ Vía Quevedo- El Empalme. La investigación se fundamentó bajo el objetivo general de evaluar el sistema administrativo y contable en relación a la nómina del personal que labora en la empresa para confirmar su confiabilidad e indicar también la resolución de los objetivos específicos para complementar la investigación. En la metodología se manejó la observación el mismo que permitió conocer los diferentes procesos y procedimientos aplicados. Se aplicó la encuesta y las entrevistas y realizamos las tabulaciones y análisis correspondientes a las respuestas, se crearon ciertas matrices de análisis de otros rubros que son de relevante importancia para el investigador ya que ayudo a cumplir con los resultados, se utilizaron normas y leyes para corroboran con la información y resultados de que si son aplicados correctamente para la investigación y para la empresa; el investigador se basó a las normas tenemos como la Norma Internacional de Auditoria 8 (NIA 8) considerando lo apropiado de esta norma que explica sobre los procedimientos para obtener evidencia de auditoria como son: Inspección, Observación, Investigación y Confirmación, Computo y Procedimiento Analítico, también se aplicó la Norma Internacional de Auditoria: Sección: 530: Muestreo en La Auditoria y otros Procedimientos de Prueba Selectivas, haciendo referencia a los métodos de selección de muestreo, que se realizó al tanteo en donde el investigador no utiliza ninguna técnica………………

The research was conducted in the La Tabacalera SA Francey dedicated to planting clumps of snuff, was incorporated on June 10, 2004, the Corporate Tax ID is 0992359072001 with the name of La Tabacalera SA Francey located at km 16 ½ Road Quevedo -El Empalme. The research was based on the overall objective of assessing the administrative and accounting system in relation to payroll personnel working in the company to confirm its reliability and also indicate the resolution of the specific objectives to complement the research. The observation methodology was handled the same as allowed to know the different processes and procedures applied. The survey and interviews were applied and perform tabulations and analyzes the responses corresponding to certain matrices analysis other items that are of significant importance for the researcher and that helped meet the results are created , rules and laws were used to corroborate the information and results are that if properly applied for research and for the enterprise; the research was based on the rules we have as the International Standard on Auditing 8 (NIA 8) considering the appropriateness of this standard which explains the procedures to obtain audit evidence such as: Inspection , Observation , Investigation and Confirmation, Computation and Analytical Procedure Section: 530 : , the International Standard on Auditing was also applied audit sampling and other procedures selective Test , referring to the methods of selection of sampling, which was done by feel where the researcher uses no structured technique . The level of confidence and control risk level assessed by tabulation of internal control questionnaire addressed to the Assistant Payroll one which resulted 61.11 % level of confidence and a 38.89 % level of risk control this is what accounts quantitatively and qualitatively tells us that at a level of confidence and control of moderate risk , which means that the accounting and administrative procedures used in the payroll area are well structured with some flaws but few important but considering that should be taken into account…………………
