Abstract
Tengo a bien manifestar, que en la elaboración de mi tesis previa a la obtención al Título de Abogada está estructurada por seis capítulos que a continuación manifestaré en forma muy resumida:
En el primer capítulo me enfoco en que consiste esta problemática social, así como también hago referencia a la formulación del problema, objetivos, hipótesis, variables y los recursos que he utilizado para el desarrollo de mi investigación.
En el segundo capítulo comienzo a desarrollar mi investigación con los antecedentes de la violencia intrafamiliar, luego hago mención a varios conceptos mismo que son recogidos por la Ley 103, y además voy argumentando el por qué debe haber sanción aunque haya desistimiento por parte de la víctima.
En el capítulo tercero hago referencia a los métodos que he utilizado como por ejemplo el inductivo deductivo, entrevista, entre otros, mismos que me permitieron continuar y justificar mi investigación.
En el capítulo cuarto Análisis e Interpretación de Resultados de las entrevistas realizadas a los profesionales del derecho y demás personas del Cantón Quevedo que permitieron cristalizar esta investigación.
En el capítulo quinto, planteo las conclusiones y recomendaciones de mi investigación.
Y por último, en el capítulo sexto hago referencia con respecto a la propuesta de mi investigación que se refiere a la Reforma del Art. 1 de la Ley Contra la Violencia de la Mujer y la Familia y bibliografía

I have a good show that in the development of my prior to obtaining the title Attorney thesis is structured in six chapters then manifest in very summary form:
In the first chapter I focus on is that this social problem as well as I refers to the formulation of the problem, objectives, hypotheses, variables and resources that I used to develop my research.
In the second chapter I begin to develop my research with a history of domestic violence, then I mention to several concepts same as they are picked up by Act 103 , plus I'm saying why you should be fine even if withdrawal by the victim.
In the third chapter I refer to the methods I’ve used such as deductive, inductive, interview, among others, that they allowed me to continue my research and justify.
In the fourth chapter Analysis and Interpretation of Results of interviews with lawyers and others that allowed Quevedo Canton crystallize this research.
In the fifth chapter, I pose the conclusions and recommendations of my research.
And finally, in the sixth chapter I refer regarding my research proposal that it will be debated in the court of degree and bibliography
