| dc.description | This research project is performed in order to improve customer service and that way get TABAGANESHA Farm SA, Branch Quevedo in the Province of Los Rios business development. A situational analysis was performed to identify weaknesses of the organization. The STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOBACCO TABAGANESHA FARM S.A., BRANCH QUEVEDO, TERM 2015 - 2019, aims to solve the problem of lack of an administrative tool that allows the organization to improve customer service and get business development. In developing research qualitative and quantitative evaluation were applied to determine the percentage of the characteristics of the object investigated through personal interview based on questionnaires made to apply the manager of the tobacco plantation. The survey was applied to 344 Tabaganesha Farm customers booked in the last five years. To achieve the objectives of this study. a SWOT analysis was performed to detect the actual situation of the organization, and the internal environment by identifying strengths and weaknesses and the external environment with the recognition of the opportunities and threats in various environments. It was developed for the future of the company's Mission, Vision and Core Values, plus all the strategic options for change and transformation. It was used a logical framework describing this way the strategic alternatives and activities to achieve improvement in the administrative area. After the research can highlight the results obtained mediantes conclusions and recommendations based on the same findings suggested purchased. The budget is intended to be paid by the principal company of TABAGANESHA FINANCE SA, the head of the company. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación es realizado con el objetivo de mejorar la atención al cliente y por ende obtener su desarrollo empresarial de la HACIENDA TABACALERA TABAGANESHA S.A sucursal Quevedo de la Provincia de Los Ríos, para lo cual se realizó un diagnóstico situacional para identificar las debilidades de la organización. El PLAN ESTRATÉGICO PARA EL DESARROLLO EMPRESARIAL DE LA TABACALERA TABAGANESHA S.A. SUCURSAL QUEVEDO, PERÍODO 2015 – 2019, pretende resolver la problemática de la inexistencia de la herramienta administrativa que permita a la organización mejorar la atención al cliente y obtener desarrollo empresarial. En el desarrollo de la investigación se aplicó la evaluación cualitativa y cuantitativa para determinar el porcentaje de las características del objeto investigado mediante entrevista personalizada en base a cuestionarios realizada al gerente de la hacienda tabacalera. Se encuesto a 344 clientes de la empresa registrados en los últimos cinco años para alcanzar los objetivos del presente estudio. Se realizó un análisis FODA para detectar la realidad de la organización, del medio interno con la identificación de las fortalezas y debilidades, y del medio externo con el reconocimiento de las oportunidades y amenazas dentro de varios entornos. Se elaboró para el futuro de la empresa la Misión, Visión y Valores corporativos, además se exploró todas las posibilidades y alternativas estratégicas de cambio y transformación posibles. Al finalizar la propuesta para alcanzar un mejor desarrollo empresarial, se utilizó un Marco Lógico describiendo de esta manera como obtener las estrategias y actividades para conseguir mejoras en el área administrativa. Al término de la investigación se pudo destacar las conclusiones obtenidas mediantes los resultados, así mismo se sugirió las recomendaciones basadas en las conclusiones adquiridas. El presupuesto que tiene pretenden sea financiado por la matriz de la HACIENDA TABACALERA TABAGANESHA S.A., ente superior de la empresa. | es_ES |
