Abstract
La presente investigación se la realizó en el Colegio Fiscal de Ciclo Básico Popular “24 de Mayo” de la Parroquia Moraspungo, Cantón Pangua, Provincia de Cotopaxi, para la cual se plantearon los siguientes objetivos: Elaborar un Manual de Convivencia en el plantel para fomentar en los educandos el espíritu cívico, los buenos modales, la higiene personal, las normas de sana convivencia, y mejorar el clima organizacional de la institución, verificar las normas de convivencia que actualmente se lleva en el colegio, colaborar con el mantenimiento del orden y el bienestar dentro de la comunidad educativa, establecer normas de disciplina que permitan la convivencia pacífica y armónica de todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa, fomentar en los estudiantes hábitos de buen comportamiento, estudio, conciencia crítica, valores y servicio a la comunidad.
El método que se utilizó es Inductivo- deductivo, donde se procedió con una muestra de 62 padres de familia, 67 estudiantes, 9 docentes, 3 directivos, 1 personal de servicio y 2 personal administrativo, a los mismos que se realizó la técnica de la encuesta.
En los resultados se determinó que los encuestados manifestaron que están informados que existe un decreto para la institucionalización del manual de convivencia, y que en el establecimiento educativo no existe, así como también que debe existir compañerismo; que se aplique valores dentro del manual de convivencia como respeto, amistad y sinceridad; que las normas dentro de la institución educativa son escasas; y que una vez elaborado el manual de convivencia están dispuestos a cumplir o acatar dichas normas.
Con estos antecedentes se pudo concluir que no existe el Manual de convivencia y que es factible elaborarlo.

Present investigation accomplished it itself at Basic Popular ”24 de Mayo” Ciclo's Fiscal High School Moraspungo Parish, Pangua Canton, Cotopaxi Province, for the one that the following objectives were presented: Making out a Manual de convivencia at the operations center to promote in the pupils the civic spirit, good manners, the personal hygiene, the standards of sound get-together, and improving the organizational climate of the institution, verifying the standards of get-together that at present he gets at the high school, collaborating with the maintenance of the order and the well-being inside the educational community, establishing standards of discipline that they enable the pacific and harmonious get-together of all the members of the educational community, promoting in the students habits of good behavior, study, critical conscience, moral values and community service.
The method that was used is Inductive deductive, where the administrative staff, to the same that the technique of the opinion poll realized itself came from with a sample 62 family men, 67 students, 9 teachers, 3 executives, 1 staff on duty and 2 himself.
In the results it was determined that respondents stated that they are reported that a decree for the institutionalization of the manual de convivencia exists, and than at the educational establishment you do not exist, as well as that companionship should exist; That moral values inside the manual of get-together like respect, friendship and sincerity are applied; That the standards inside the educational institution are on short supply; And than a time once get-together was made out of the manual they are willing to do their job or to obey the aforementioned standards.
With these background it could be concluded that the Manual de convivencia and that is feasible does not exist becoming elaborate.
