Abstract
El “RESTAURANTE EL GUAYABAL”, quiere dar a conocer a sus clientes un restaurante de comidas al estilo gourmet. Este es un restaurante donde se destaca la buena sazón de su gastronomía, buena atención, genera un ambiente atractivo. El objetivo de esta investigación, por lo tanto, es lograr posicionar nuestro restaurante como una alternativa diaria para las personas que estén dispuestas a disfrutar de una comida con un excelente sabor y lograr cumplir nuestras metas, siendo consecuentes a lo que indican nuestra misión y visión.
A nivel internacional y nacional el arte de la culinaria ha sido de gran variedad en los restaurantes, es por eso que queremos dar a conocer a nuestro restaurante “EL GUAYABAL“, implementado nuevas estrategias de marketing y publicidad, para que el cliente se sienta como en casa y disfrute de un ambiente acogedor y tradicional

The "GUAYABAL RESTAURANT", wants to inform its guests a restaurant of typical foods of the region buenafesiña. It is a restaurant that highlights the great flavor of your food, good service, generates an attractive environment. The objective of this research, therefore, is to position our restaurant daily as an alternative for people who are willing to enjoy a meal with great taste and achieve fulfilling our goals, being consistent with what is indicated by our mission and vision.
Internationally and nationally the art of cooking has been a great variety in restaurants, that is why we want to present to our restaurant "El GUAYABAL" implemented new marketing strategies and advertising for the client to feel at home and enjoy a traditional atmosphere.
