Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación es referente a la creación de un SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO DE PLANEACIÓN Y CONTROL, EN LA PRODUCCIÓN DE BANANO EN LA EMPRESA NOVELLMAX S.A DEL CANTON BABAHOYO, cuyo campo de acción el área de producción comercial por lo que se hizo un estudio sobre los principales campos problemáticos que afronta la empresa en el proceso de su información de producción de banano.
He desarrollado temas que explican sobre sistemas informáticos y desarrollos de software, también se hace referencia y se determinó la necesidad de construir un sistema que procese toda tipo de información estadística en el proceso de producción de banano, para ahorrar tiempo y trabajo y obtener una información correcta y organizada.
La creación de este sistema tiene como objetivo, registrar los procesos de producción de las labores de campo generar reportes y cuadros estadísticos, para optimizar los controles de producción
Se utilizo la metodología XP que es un proceso de iteraciones de desarrollo de software, pues esta metodología ha sido el pilar fundamental para desarrollar cada una de las etapas por el cual está conformado el software, también se desarrolla un análisis del contexto que se realizo al iniciar el proceso de la investigación de campo esto permitió conocer los procesos y flujos de la información actual de la empresa y se identifico los flujos de proceso que fueron considerado para el sistema informático.
Se realizó la investigación de campo, mediante la encuesta y la entrevista, demostrando las deficiencias que la empresa Novellmax S.A tenía facilitando las actividades para realizar el sistema.
