| dc.description | This present research was located at kilometer 23 via Quevedo- Ventanas in Club Campestre TARIRA. The main objectives were to investigate the following administrative management and its relationship to quality of services, since it is considered a significant change in recent years with the company, due to declining customer that this has had. The purpose pursued this research is to establish what is the relationship of the administrative management analyze the quality of the services provided by the Club Campestre TARIRA. The research hypothesis raised establishes whether the administration has relationship between service quality and if this is having shortcomings due to the administration that they handle. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación estuvo ubicado en el kilómetro 23 vía Quevedo- Ventanas, en las instalaciones del club campestre TARIRA. Los objetivos principales a investigar fueron los siguientes la gestión administrativa y su relación con la calidad de los servicios, ya que se considera un notable cambio en estos últimos años en la empresa, debido a la disminución de clientes que esta ha tenido. El propósito que persigue esta investigación es establecer cuál es la relación que tiene el analizar la gestión administrativa en la calidad de los servicios que brinda el club campestre TARIRA. Las hipótesis de la investigación planteadas establecerán si la gestión administrativa, tiene relación entre la calidad de los servicios y si esta está teniendo falencias debido a la gestión administrativa que ellos manejan. La metodología descriptiva permito analizar hechos y sucesos, que existe entre la gestión administrativa y la relación con la calidad de los servicios, que se ofrecen en el club campestre TARIRA, todo esto fue posible mediante un proceso analítico de investigación, el mismo que acoge diferentes métodos para la realización de este trabajo de investigación…. | es_ES |
