Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como Objetivo “Evaluar el Efecto de Tres Enraizadores en Estacas de Trichanthera gigantea Bonpl. (Quiebrobarrigo) en el Cantón Cuyabeno”. La investigación se inició con la selección de árboles padres, clasificación de clones, preparación del área del vivero, sustrato, llenado de fundas, ubicación y conformación de las unidades experimentales, desinfección de sustrato y estacas y finalmente la siembra de acuerdo a los tratamientos y diseño experimental establecido (bloques completamente al azar). Las variables medidas fueron: sobrevivencia, número de brotes, longitud de brote mayor, altura de planta, número de hojas, número de raíces, longitud de raíz menor, longitud de raíz mayor y estado fitosanitario de las plantas. En la variable independiente (tres enraizadores); en sobrevivencia el mejor enraizador es el raízplant 500 con media del 90.00%; número de brotes el rootmost con media de 9 brotes; longitud de brote mayor el rootmost con media de 13.7 cm; número de hojas el rootmost con media de 53 hojas; altura de planta el raízplant 500 con media de 39.4 cm; número de raíces el rootmost con una media de 38 raíces; longitud de raíz corta el raízplant 500 con media de 4.2 cm; y longitud de raíz larga el rootmost con media de 13.1 cm. Para la variable dependiente (tipos de estacas); en sobrevivencia la mejor estaca la de tres nudos con el 93.5%; número de brotes la de cuatro nudos con media de 9 brotes; longitud de brote mayor la de cuatro nudos con media de 14.02 cm; número de hojas la de cuatro nudos con media de 56 hojas; altura de planta la de cuatro nudos con media de 41.2 cm; número de raíces la de dos nudos con media de 36 raíces; longitud de raíz corta la de cuatro nudos con media de 3.9 cm; y longitud de raíz larga la de tres nudos con media de 13.5 cm. En función de los resultados se elaboró una propuesta orientada a la Implementación de Técnicas de Propagación Clonal del Trichanthera gigantea para la Reforestación y Protección de Vertientes, cuyos beneficiarios serán los moradores del Cantón Cuyabeno circundantes al rio aguarico.

This research has the objective "Assessing the Effect of Three Enraizadores in Bonpl gigantea Trichanthera Stakes. (Quiebrobarrigo) in the Cuyabeno Canton. The investigation began with the selection of parent trees, sorting clones, preparation of nursery area, substrate, filling bags, location and shape of the experimental units, disinfection substrate and stakes and finally planting according to treatment and established experimental design (randomized complete block). The variables measured were: survival, number of buds, bud greater length , plant height, number of leaves, number of roots, root length less than, greater root length and plant health of the plants. In the independent variable (three enraizadores); in survival it is the best enraizador raízplant 500 with 90.00% average; the number of outbreaks rootmost with average of 9 buds; bud length greater rootmost with average 13.7 cm; rootmost number of sheets with the average of 53 leaves; plant height raízplant 500 with half the 39.4 cm; the number of roots rootmost with an average of 38 roots; short root length raízplant 500 with mean 4.2 cm; and root length long rootmost with average 13.1 cm. For the dependent variable ( types of stakes); the best survival stake in the three knots with 93.5%; the number of outbreaks four knots average of 9 buds; length of the four largest outbreak average of 14.02 knots cm; leaves number four knots with the average of 56 leaves; plant height of four nodes with 41.2 cm average ; number of roots of two knots with an average of 36 roots; short root length of four knots with an average of 3.9 cm; and long root length of three knots with an average of 13.5 cm. Depending on the results -oriented Implementation Techniques Clonal Propagation of Trichanthera gigantea for Reforestation and Protection of Vertientes proposal, whose beneficiaries are the habitants of the Cuyabeno Canton aguarico surrounding the river was developed.
