| dc.description | The present investigation was designed to determine the influence of three insecticides on the germination of pollen grains in tamarillo (Cyphomandra betacea Cav. Sent.). The insecticides used were: Karate 1 ml.L-1 of water, 1 Diabolo CE 1 ml.L-1 of water and Rector 600 1 ml.L-1 of water. The research work was conducted in the province of Tungurahua, Patate Canton, in the laboratory of the factory "The Blacksmith". It is located in the Miraflores district, street Juan L. Mera and Amador Cuesta. The field work was carried out under conditions of temperature 190C, 50% relative humidity, heliophany annual average 1.760 hours and 2.119 m.s.n.m. The experimental design used was a D.B.C.A. (Design of Randomized Complete Block) with 4 treatments and 5 replications, data collection was carried out for 70 days, which was performed statistical analysis using Statistical Analysis System (SAS). ANOVA procedure was used for analysis of variance and Tukey test (0,05). We performed an economic analysis of costs applicable to each study treatment. The best treatment in influence of three insecticides on the germination of pollen grains in tamarillo (Cyphomandra betacea Cav. Sent.), Is the T4 (Witness) and, among the insecticides applied the better the T1 (Karate 1 ml.l-1 of water). Treatment with higher cost of implementation is the T1 (Karate 1 ml.l-1 of water), and treatment with lower cost of implementation is the T4 (Witness). From the point of view of ecological and human food consumption, it is recommended not to apply insecticides on crops, but to an attack of insect pests in growing tamarillo in Canton Patate weather conditions, Tungurahua province, apply Karate 1 ml.l-1 of water. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo por objeto determinar la influencia de tres insecticidas sobre la germinación de los granos de polen en tomate de árbol (Cyphomandra betacea Cav. Sent.). Los insecticidas utilizados fueron: Karate 1 ml.L-1 de agua, Diabolo CE 1 ml.L-1 de agua y Rector 600 1 ml.L-1 de agua. El trabajo investigativo se realizó en el cantón Patate provincia del Tungurahua, en el laboratorio de la fábrica “La Herrería”. Está ubicada en el barrio Miraflores, calle Juan L. Mera y Amador Cuesta. El trabajo de campo se realizó bajo condiciones de temperatura ambiente 190C, 50% de humedad relativa, heliofanía 1.760 horas de promedio anual y 2.119 m.s.n.m. El diseño experimental empleado fue un D.B.C.A. (Diseño de Bloques Completos al Azar) con 4 tratamientos y 5 repeticiones, la toma de datos se efectuó durante 70 días, a los cuales se les realizó el análisis estadístico mediante Statistical Analysis System (SAS). Se empleó el procedimiento ADEVA para el análisis de varianza y prueba de Tukey (0,05). Se realizó un análisis económico de costo de aplicación a cada tratamiento en estudio. El mejor tratamiento en influencia de tres insecticidas sobre la germinación de granos de polen en tomate de árbol (Cyphomandra betacea Cav. Sent.), es el T4 (Testigo); y, de entre los insecticidas aplicados el mejor es el T1 (Karate 1 ml.L-1 de agua). El tratamiento con mayor costo de aplicación es el T1 (Karate 1 ml.L-1 de agua); y, el tratamiento con menor costo de aplicación es el T4 (Testigo). Desde el punto de vista ecológico y de consumo alimenticio humano, se recomienda no aplicar insecticidas en los cultivos; pero ante un ataque de insectos perjudiciales en el cultivo de tomate de árbol en condiciones climáticas del cantón Patate, provincia del Tungurahua, se recomienda aplicar Karate 1 ml.L-1 de agua. | es_ES |
