Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal “DISENAR UNA
PLANTA PARA LA PRODUCCION DE PERNOS, TUERCAS Y ARANDELAS EN LA
CIUDAD DE QUEVEDO”, para lo cual se plateó tres objetivos específicos enfocados a
conseguir el objetivo general de la manera más eficiente posible. Como primer objetivo
específico se planteó realizar un estudio de mercado para conocer la demanda del producto
en cuestión, el segundo objetivo es determinar la capacidad instalada de la planta en función
a la demanda, además se plantea realizar el estudio técnico para el diseño de las áreas de
trabajo, así como el requerimiento de maquinarias y equipos, por último, se plantea realizar
la evaluación económica y análisis de factibilidad. En primera instancia se logró definir que
existe una demanda anual de 12,700,628 de pernos, 11,430,565 de tuercas y 2,857,641
unidades de tuercas, con lo cual se procedió a definir la capacidad instalada en base a esta
demanda considerando un turno de trabajo por 6 días laborables. En función a esta capacidad
de producción, se definió las necesidades de equipos, maquinas, muebles, materia prima y
mano de obra tanto directa como indirecta. Considerando los requerimientos antes
mencionados, se procedió a realizar la evaluación financiera de proyecto, es así que se
conoce información importante como el costo total del proyecto conformado por la inversión
fija de $ 631,335.00 y la inversión de capital de trabajo de $ 1,727,182. Por otro lado, el
análisis de factibilidad muestra la viabilidad de invertir en la implementación de la planta
de producción, el VAN= $ 1,761,339.69, TIR= 24%, RB/C=1.29 y un PRI= 5.062 años,
justifican la aceptación del proyecto.

Description
The main objective of this research work is to "DISENAR A PLANT FOR THE
PRODUCTION OF BOLTS, NUTS AND ARANDELAS IN THE CITY OF QUEVEDO",
for which three specific objectives focused on achieving the overall objective in the most
efficient way possible are plated. As a specific first objective, a market study was proposed
to know the demand of the product in question, the second objective is to determine the
installed capacity of the plant according to demand, in addition it is proposed to carry out
the technical study for the design of the work areas, as well as the requirement of machinery
and equipment, finally it is planned to carry out the economic assessment and feasibility
analysis. In the first instance, it was possible to define that there is an annual demand for
12,700,628 bolts, 11,430,565 nuts and 2,857,641 nut units, therefore the installed capacity
was defined on the basis of this demand considering a work shift for 6 working days. Based
on this production capacity, the needs of equipment, machines, furniture, raw materials and
both direct and indirect labour were defined. Considering the above requirements, the project
financial assessment was carried out, so important information such as the total cost of the
project consisting of the fixed investment of $631,335.00 and the working capital investment
of $1,727,182 is known. On the other hand, the feasibility analysis shows the feasibility of
investing in the implementation of the production plant, the VAN $1,761,339.69, TIR-24%,
RB/C-1.29 and a PRI-5,062 years, justify the acceptance of the project.
