| dc.description | Quevedo City is a shopping area and the service sector is quite large and with a projected growth increasing, in which enterprises are the mainstay of the economy which is based on the production and supply of goods or services. In the present research work was carried out a market study, which allowed us to determine that Quevedo Citizenship seeks to acquire permanent cleaning services for your home or office. Why it considered the development of a business plan focused on the creation of a company to provide maintenance services and specialized cleaning. The demand for this type of services is very broad, especially since the City of Quevedo there any companies that provide similar services. The business idea is to go directly to the home or office facilities with cleaning and maintenance cleaning depending on client’s demand, all for a team of highly trained, reliable and responsible, and by using biodegradable materials and technology that facilitate and save cleaning time. Total investment of project is $ 58.331,45, which will be funded 60% ($ 34.998,56) for personal contribution of partners and 40% ($ 23,332.58) by bank loan. Cleaning services are classified into three categories: Cleaning Express, Standard and Cleaning Full Cleaning, and in turn the price of each depends on the dimensions that have the cleaning area. SERLICOM, is the name that will make the company maintenance services and specialized cleaning, the same as is projected in revenue in the first the amount of $ 144,000.00, with a team of eight auxiliary strategically distributed workgroups and a schedule of daily cleansing averaging from 1 to 3 hours. With the financial evaluation it was determined that the VAN amounts to $23.892,38; the TIR was established at 18.39% and the B/C at $ 1.20, thereby determining that the project is profitable. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La Ciudad de Quevedo es una zona muy comercial y el sector de servicios resulta bastante amplio y con una proyección de crecimiento cada vez mayor, en el que las Empresas constituyen el pilar fundamental de la Economía sobre el cual se asienta la producción y oferta de bienes o servicios. En el presente trabajo de investigación se realizó un estudio de mercado, el que permitió determinar que la Ciudadanía de Quevedo busca adquirir permanentemente servicios de limpieza para su hogar u oficina. Motivo por el cual se consideró el desarrollo de un Plan de Negocios enfocado a la creación de una Empresa que brinden servicios de limpieza especializados. La demanda en este tipo de servicios es sumamente amplia, más aún porque en la Ciudad de Quevedo, existen escasas empresas similares que brinden servicios de limpieza. La idea de negocio consiste en ir directamente a las instalaciones de hogares u oficinas a realizar el trabajo, según el tipo de limpieza que solicite el cliente, todo esto por un equipo altamente capacitado, confiable y responsable, y mediante el uso de materiales biodegradables y tecnología de punta que facilitan y ahorran el tiempo de limpieza. La inversión total de proyecto asciende a $ 58.331,45, los cuales estarán financiados el 60% ($34.998,87) por aporte propio de los socios y el 40% ($23,332.58) mediante préstamo bancario. Los servicios de limpieza se encuentran clasificados en tres categorías: Limpieza Express, Limpieza Standard y Limpieza Full, y a su vez el precio de cada una depende de las dimensiones que tenga el área de limpieza. SERLICOM, es el nombre con que se crea la Empresa de servicios de limpieza especializada, la misma que tiene proyectada por concepto de ingresos en el primer año la cantidad de $144,000.00, mediante un equipo de 8 auxiliares distribuidos estratégicamente por grupos de trabajo y con un cronograma de limpiezas diarias de un promedio de 1 a 3 horas. Con la evaluación financiera se logró determinar que el VAN asciende a $ 23.892,46, la TIR se estableció en 18.39% y la relación B/C en $1,20, determinando así que el proyecto es rentable. | es_ES |
