| dc.description | After having met the basic requirements for submitting a draft and you have made the changes suggested by the experts, the thesis topic has been left with the following title: "LEGAL ARGUMENT TO PUNISH THE TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS AND ITS IMPACT ON CONSTITUTIONAL DUE PROCESS. " It has been verified that that issue has no documentation like it or relate directly, since this is an authentic and unique perspective, which arises from the initiative of the research, to be applied as a thesis at the School of Law. It will seek to document the investigation, legal and transit elements linked to the management by the competent institution at the level of the city of Quevedo, an area in which research has identified. It will mean a contribution to other similar studies that may arise regarding traffic conflicts and improving public cultures based on the Good Living and respects the rules and rights of individuals. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Luego de haberse cumplido con los requisitos básicos de presentación del anteproyecto y de haber realizado las modificaciones sugeridas por los especialistas, el tema de tesis ha quedado con la siguiente denominación: “ARGUMENTACIÓN JURÍDICA PARA SANCIONAR LAS CONTRAVENCIONES DE TRÁNSITO Y SU INCIDENCIA CONSTITUCIONAL EN EL DEBIDO PROCESO”. Se ha verificado, que el referido tema no tiene ninguna documentación que se le parezca o relacione directamente, puesto que se trata de una perspectiva auténtica e inédita, que surge de la iniciativa de la investigadora, para ser aplicada como tesis en la Carrera de Derecho. Se buscará documentar la investigación, con elementos jurídicos y de tránsito, vinculados a la gestión realizada por la institución competente a nivel de la ciudad de Quevedo, área en la cual se ha delimitado la investigación. Significará una contribución para otros estudios similares que puedan suscitarse en torno a los conflictos de tránsito y al mejoramiento de una cultura pública basada en el Buen Vivir y en el respeto a las normas y derechos de las personas. | es_ES |
