| dc.description | Impact assessment of the Investment Program of Forestry Incentives (PIIF), where the following specific objectives were set: Check the number of beneficiaries, hectares and species planted in the province Los Rios, period 2013-2015; analyze the survival of forest plantations in the period 2014 - 2015, in order to determine the percentage of payment of Forestry Incentive and determine the perception of the impact on beneficiaries of Project Investment Forestry Incentives to achieve the results we used the 2015, on the number of proposals species hectares, cantons, beneficiaries and analysis - following research methodology type of nonparametric statistics for the first goal, and second values of the database MAGAP the period 2013 took survival to determine whether the PIIF has met the goal of reforestation; and the third objective perception of 100 panelist expressed through a proposed 12-item Likert with 5 options and questionnaire responses was assessed. | dc.description.abstract | En la evaluación del impacto del Programa de Inversión de Incentivos Forestales (PIIF), se verificó el número de beneficiarios, hectáreas y especies plantadas en la provincia de Los Ríos, período 2013 - 2015; analizó la sobrevivencia de las plantaciones forestales para determinar el porcentaje del pago del Incentivo Forestal y se determinó la percepción del impacto en los beneficiarios del Proyecto de Inversión de Incentivos Forestales, la metodología de investigación fue un análisis de tipo no paramétrico para el primer objetivo, y segundo se tomó los valores de la base de datos del MAGAP del periodo 2013 - 2015, sobre el número de propuestas, especies, hectáreas, cantones, beneficiarios y análisis de la sobrevivencia para determinar si el PIIF ha cumplido con la meta de la reforestación y en el tercer objetivo se evaluó la percepción de 100 panelistas que se expresaron a través de un cuestionario propuesto por Likert con 12 ítems y 5 opciones de respuestas. Entre los principales resultados se destaca que los beneficiarios del PIIF son 33 personas Jurídicas y 69 personas naturales, con un total de 6.933,70 has reforestadas y las especies más plantadas son Melina con 2.824,10, teca 2.142,01, balsa 1.641,31, caucho 164,28 y eucalipto 162 hectáreas, con el siguiente porcentaje melina con 41%, teca con 31%, balsa con 24%, caucho con 2% y eucalipto con 2%. La balsa es la única especie nativa del PIIF. En el año 2013 las plantaciones de O. pyramidale presenta una mejor sobrevivencia del 87,15 mientras que T. grandis con 84,81, y para el 2014 G. arborea 98,63, H. brasilienses 97,5, T. grandis con 94,14 y O. pyramidale 85,05; Los ítems del 1 al 7, de acuerdo a la percepción de los panelistas fue afirmativa por lo que aplicada la metodología de Likert no existe diferencia estadística significativa, mientras que del 8 al 12 si hay diferencia estadística, esto se debe a que los panelistas tuvieron alguna duda o no estaban de acuerdo con estos aspectos. | es_ES |
