| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación jurídica, se lo realiza con el objetivo de fundamentar jurídicamente una norma en la Ley Notarial que establezca la disposición mediante la cual los Notarios deban exigir o no la comparecencia de testigos cuando una persona adulta mayor desea realizar un trámite notarial, aun cuando estos se hallen lúcidos mentalmente y tengan una preparación académica necesaria, motivo por el cual he planteado el presente proyecto de investigación, por ello al Realizar esta investigación nos encontramos en la necesidad de conocer la evolución histórica, definiciones notariales, y estudios del derecho notarial. También analizamos los métodos a utilizarse en la investigación, técnicas e instrumentos de la investigación, validez y confiabilidad de los instrumentos, y procesamiento de datos, preguntas realizadas a personas encuestadas, Notarios y abogados en libre ejercicio tanto dentro del cantón Quevedo, como fuera de él.- | es_ES |
