Abstract
En el presente estudio se determina la factibilidad para la construcción de una Hostería en el cantón Caluma, provincia de Bolívar, para efecto fue necesario verificar el nivel de aceptación de una nueva hostería a través del estudio de mercado, del mismo modo se identificaron los gustos y preferencias de la población objetivo, referente a los servicios de hospedaje. Mediante el estudio técnico se precisaron los requerimientos y recursos competentes para implantar una nueva empresa hotelera en el sector antes mencionado. La rentabilidad sobre la inversión se estableció a través del análisis económico y financiero, factores que fijaron la viabilidad de creación.
Para el desarrollo del estudio, se emplearon los tipos de investigación de campo y documental, el primero se lo ejecutó mediante encuestas dirigidas a 370 habitantes y 10 propietarios de hosterías del cantón Caluma, muestras que fueron obtenidas de una población de 14.772 habitantes, según proyección del Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos (INEC) en el año 2015. Se utilizó la investigación documental, para extraer información teórica referente al objeto de estudio, para efecto se recurrió a bibliotecas y sitios web de la localidad.
El estudio de mercado reveló los gustos, preferencias y aceptación del público objetivo y moradores del sector, referente a la creación de una nueva hostería en Caluma, además dio las pautas para establecer el estudio técnico, económico y financiero. El estudio técnico, económico y financiero, evidenció que el lugar donde se presente crear la hostería, reúne los requerimientos necesarios para construir las instalaciones y suplir las necesidades de la demanda. El estudio económico y financiero demuestra que el proyecto es rentable, debido a que existe una alta demanda y se proyectan ingresos favorables para el bienestar y desarrollo de la nueva hostería. Los resultados de este estudio plasmados en el presente documento demuestran la rentabilidad económica del mismo y lo importante que sería para el desarrollo turístico del cantón Caluma.

This study determines the feasibility studies for the construction of a hostel in the Caluma canton, Bolívar province, to effect necessary to verify the level of acceptance of a new lodge through market research, was similarly identified the tastes and preferences of the population objective, concerning hosting services. The technical study were needed requirements and relevant resources to implement a new hotel company in the aforementioned sector. The return on investment was established through the analysis of economic and financial factors that set the viability of creating.
For the development of the study, the types of field and documentary research were used, the first carried out by means of surveys aimed at 370 inhabitants and 10 owners of Inns of the canton Caluma, samples that were obtained from a population of 14.772, according to projection of the National Institute of statistics and censuses (INEC) in 2015. Documentary research was used, to extract theoretical information regarding the object of study, for effect we used libraries and web sites of the town.
The market study revealed the tastes, preferences and acceptance of target audience and inhabitants of the sector, concerning the creation of a new lodge in Caluma, also gave guidelines to establish the technical, economic and financial study. The technical, economic and financial study revealed that the place where arises to create the lodge, meets the requirements necessary to build the facilities and meet the needs of demand. The economic and financial study demonstrates that the project is cost-effective, since there is high demand and projected income for the well-being and development of the new lodge. The results of this study in this document show the profitability of the same and the important thing would be for the tourist development of Caluma canton.
