Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó en el cantón Valencia, Provincia de Los Ríos, el objetivo de este trabajo consistió en implementar un desarrollo agroturístico, como alternativa en la finca “Quinta K” para el beneficio del sector y fortaleciendo la actividad económica y productiva de la población, motivando a los propietarios de fincas que desarrollen e implementen un desarrollo agroturístico dentro de sus propiedades, innovando un turismo ecológico, sostenible y amigable con el entorno, logrando un desarrollo óptimo para el propietario, sector y cantón. Fueron planteados tres objetivos donde se cumplieron por medio de una investigación bibliográfica, de campo y descriptiva, se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la finca “Quinta K”, donde se obtuvo información actualizada y mediante la observación directa realizando visitas in-situ para examinar los atributos que le favorecen al sitio y las facilidades que necesita el lugar como: senderos, señaléticas informativas, contenedores de basuras, áreas de juegos lúdicos y pasamanos para personas con capacidades especiales. Se determinó por medio de las encuestas, que un 57,48% si han visitado una finca agroturística pero no precisamente en el cantón de Valencia, por lo tanto, un 89,24% les gustaría que en el cantón existan más fincas agroturísticas, siendo el 90,55% respondieron que están de acuerdo en que en la finca “Quinta K” se implemente un desarrollo agroturístico, dando como resultado un alto grado de aceptación a esta propuesta de implementación de desarrollo agroturístico. Para la elaboración del paquete turístico, se diseñó de forma interactiva, detallando las características de los servicios que posee la finca agroturística mediante un itinerario, su gastronomía y las zonas de esparcimiento familiar, sirviéndoles a los visitantes una mejor perspectiva acerca de lo que realizaran dentro de la finca, brindando un servicio diferente a los turistas, incrementando la llegada de visitantes al cantón y mejorando la calidad de vida de las comunidades.

This research was carried out in the canton of Valencia, Los Ríos province, the objective of this work was to implement an agrotouristic development, as an alternative in the “Quinta K” farm for the benefit of the sector and strengthening the economic and productive activity of the population, motivating farm owners to develop and implement an agrotourism development within their properties, innovating an ecological, sustainable and environmentally friendly tourism, achieving optimal development for the owner, sector and canton. Three objectives were raised where they were met through a bibliographic, field and descriptive investigation, a diagnosis was made of the current situation of the “Quinta K” farm, where updated information was obtained and through direct observation making on-site visits to examine the attributes that favor the site and the facilities that the place needs, such as: trails, information signs, garbage containers, play areas and handrails for people with special abilities. It was determined through the surveys, that 57.48% if they have visited an agritourism farm but not precisely in the canton of Valencia, therefore, 89.24% would like to see more agrotouristic farms in the canton, being 90.55% responded that they agree that the farm "Quinta K" implements an agrotourism development, resulting in a high degree of acceptance of this proposal for the implementation of agro-tourism development. For the development of the tourist package, it was designed in an interactive way, detailing the characteristics of the services that the agritourism farm has through an itinerary, its gastronomy and the family recreation areas, serving visitors a better perspective on what they will do inside of the farm, providing a different service I have innovated to tourists, increasing the arrival of visitors to the canton and improving the quality of life of the communities.
