E Imp. Manobal C. Ltda., is located in the province of Los Rios Quevedo Cato via Valencia Km 1. To carry out this research we used a methodology in which the different materials and research methods such will itemize: Analytical, systematic and types of exploratory and descriptive research between the techniques and instruments questionnaire and interview used to develop different independent variables, and the results showed the research were: Once prepared the audit report shows each of the risk levels identified during the inquiry process, the inherent irrigation is 52% risk Control irrigation 25.54% and corresponds detection of 25%, this determines a 3.32 % risk of audit results with appropriate recommendations are to serve for the improvement of company processes. | es_ES |

Manobal c. Ltda., cantón Quevedo, año 2012.Para la ejecución de este trabajo se ha planteado la siguiente formulación del problema ¿Cómo incide la Auditoría de Gestión al departamento del Talento Humano de la empresa Agrícola Exp. E Imp. Manobal C. Ltda., Cantón Quevedo período 2012? El mismo que se encuentra justificado, permite el reconocimiento de sus debilidades competitivas, establecer riesgos potenciales a los cuales se enfrentan la administración, buscando conocer, valorar, establecer y corregir falencias utilizando técnicas o herramientas de Auditoría de Gestión que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones y adopción de criterios adecuados, La Exp. E Imp. Manobal C. Ltda., está ubicada en la provincia de los Ríos cantón Quevedo vía Valencia Km 1. Para la realización de este trabajo de investigación hemos utilizado una metodología en donde se detallas los distintos materiales y métodos de investigación tales: Inductivo, Deductivo, Analítico y sistemático y de los tipos de investigación exploratoria y descriptiva entre las técnicas e instrumentos el cuestionario de Control Interno, entrevista y la Observación directa que permitieron desarrollar las diferentes variables independientes, además los resultados que arrojó el trabajo de investigación fueron los siguientes: Una vez elaborado el informe de auditoría muestra cada uno de los niveles de riesgos detectados durante el proceso de indagación, el riego inherente es del 52%, riesgo de control 25.54% y riego de detección corresponde del 25%, esto determina un 3.32% del riesgo de auditoria, resultados que están con sus debidas recomendaciones que servirán para el mejoramiento de los procesos de la compañía. | es_ES |
