| dc.description | The investment plan for the improvement of drinking water enclosure Los Angeles, Canton Buena Fe, it has raised according to the needs and technical conditions of service to offer. The first chapter, part of the problem statement with its own diagnosis, objectives, assumptions, and justification that served as the basis for formulating strategies. The second chapter contains theoretical framework with its theoretical, conceptual and legal foundations, the same as formulated currents and concepts that are taken into account throughout the investigation. The Third Chapter determines the methodology using methods, types and techniques of research, data collection is done through survey, factors used to find results. The fourth chapter analyzes the market, technical study that identifies infrastructure as needed to meet project objectives, costs and staffing requirements, the same as specified in the financial study, among other statements of income flows cash income etc., which formed the basis for financial evaluation through the NPV and IRR. After the investigation, conclusions and recommendations highlighting the feasibility and sustainability of the project is addressed. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El plan de inversión para el mejoramiento de agua potable del recinto Los Ángeles, del cantón Buena Fe, se lo ha planteado de acuerdo a las necesidades y condiciones técnicas del servicio a ofrecer El Primer Capítulo, parte del planteamiento del problema con su respectivo diagnóstico, objetivos, hipótesis, y justificación que sirvieron de base para la formulación de estrategias. El Segundo Capitulo, contiene marco teórico con sus fundamentaciones teórica, conceptual y legal, los mismos que formulan y conceptos que se toman en cuenta durante toda la investigación El Tercer capítulo determina la metodología utilizando métodos, tipos y técnicas de investigación, se realiza la recolección de información a través de encuesta, elementos que sirven para encontrar resultados El Cuarto Capítulo analiza el mercado, estudio técnico que identifica la infraestructura de acuerdo a las necesidades para cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto, costos y requerimientos de personal, los mismos que se especifican en el estudio financiero, entre otros estados de resultados, flujos de caja ingresos etc., que sirvieron de base para la evaluación financiera a través del VAN, y TIR. Al finalizar la investigación, se aborda conclusiones y recomendaciones destacándose la factibilidad y la sustentabilidad del proyecto. | es_ES |
