| dc.description | The research aims to establish a Legal Rationale for regulating drug dependence or addiction and its impact on constitutional principles. The research is structured as follows: In the first chapter, focuses on the problems that modern society with psychoactive substance faces, so it was necessary to hypothesize as a solution to the difficulties of research. In the second chapter, shown as reference the theoretical framework, because the fundamental theoretical base of authors from different doctrinal and legal books was taken. The third chapter is focused on the analytic-synthetic; such methods were used to determine the investigation. The fourth chapter is framed in verifying the hypothesis with the implementation of surveys and interviews in which he allowed to do data collection. The FIFTH CHAPTER makes the description of the Conclusions and Recommendations to the corresponding research solution. Finally CHAPTER SIX is structuring the project proposal which is a treatment program for people with addiction problems. And as the last item BIBLIOGRAFIA with the collection of some authors referred to the question asked. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo establecer una Fundamentación Jurídica para normar la narcodependencia o toxicomanía y su incidencia en los principios constitucionales. La investigación está estructurada de la siguiente manera: en el PRIMER CAPITULO, se enfoca en los problemas que se enfrenta la sociedad actual con el abuso de sustancias psicoactivas, por lo cual fue preciso proponer la hipótesis como una solución a las dificultades que presenta la investigación. En el SEGUNDO CAPITULO, muestra como referencia el Marco Teórico, porque se tomó las bases teóricas fundamentales de autores de distintos libros doctrinales y jurídicos. El TERCER CAPITULO, está centrado en los métodos analítico-sintéticos, de tal manera que se utilizaron para determinar la investigación. El CUARTO CAPITULO, está enmarcado en la verificación de la hipótesis planteada con la aplicación de las encuestas y entrevistas en la cual permitió hacer la recolección de datos. El QUINTO CAPITULO, hace la descripción de la Conclusiones y Recomendaciones para dar la solución correspondiente a la investigación. Finalmente el SEXTO CAPITULO, está la estructuración de la Propuesta que tiene como proyecto Un programa de Tratamiento para personas con problemas de adicción. Y como último ítem la BIBLIOGRAFIA, con la recopilación de algunos autores referidos al tema planteado. | es_ES |
