dc.description	The research project aims to conduct a feasibility study for the creation of a trucking terminal GAD city of Canton El Empalme. In the first study, the problem and the objectives to establish the feasibility of the creation of the earth, both economically and financially terminal was raised; thus following a methodological order, surveying potential customers and turning to sources of research allowed to establish the population and sample taking during the study. Subsequently, a market research, where the sector, demand and supply are analyzed was performed, which allowed visualize the projection of demand and supply in terms of prospects for the next four years. Similarly, technical analysis, where the most suitable location was established as the pros and cons environment that influenced the success of the project was analyzed. Finally, the financial evaluation was performed, in which budgets for investment and financial indicators, showing results in an analysis as to profitability, qualitative aspects of potential customers and display the demand and revenue was raised that the terminal generate in the near future.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El proyecto investigativo tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un terminal de transporte terrestre municipal del GAD del Cantón El Empalme. En el estudio en primer lugar, se planteó el problema y los objetivos que establecerían la viabilidad de la creación del terminal terrestre, tanto económica como financieramente; siguiendo de esta manera un orden metodológico, realizando encuestas a los posibles clientes y recurriendo a fuentes de investigación que permitieron establecer la población y muestra a tomar durante el estudio. Posteriormente, se realizó un Estudio de Mercados, en donde se analizó el sector, la demanda y la oferta, lo cual permitió visualizar la proyección de la demanda y la oferta en cuanto a los posibles clientes para los próximos 4 años. De igual manera, se hizo un Análisis Técnico, en donde se estableció la localización más adecuada, ya que se analizó el entorno con pros y contras que influyeran con el éxito del proyecto. Finalmente, se realizó la evaluación financiera, en el cual se planteó presupuestos para la inversión e indicadores financieros, que muestran como resultado un análisis en cuanto a la rentabilidad, aspectos cualitativos de los clientes potenciales, y visualizar la demanda y los ingresos que el terminal generará en un futuro próximo.	es_ES
