| dc.description | This research was conducted in the province of Cotopaxi Canton La Mana and took place in the Hacienda Debray owned by Mr. Debray Yepez. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado en la Provincia de Cotopaxi cantón La Mana se llevó acabo en la Hacienda Debray de propiedad del señor Debray Yépez. El trabajo campo tuvo una duración de noventa días que inicio desde la aparición de la bellota en la planta hasta la cosecha que fue donde se realizó las diferentes evoluciones para determinar si existe diferencias en el racimo cuando aportamos una dosis de fitohormona vegetal a la planta. Como factor en estudio se tuvo la aplicación del ácido giberélico (GA3) en el cultivo de orito, el diseño experimental utilizado fue un Diseño Experimental de Bloques Completos al Azar”, (DBCA) con 4 tratamientos y 5 repeticiones. Cada unidad experimental está conformada por 10 plantas, para determinar diferencias entre medias de los tratamientos, se utilizó la prueba de rangos múltiples de Tukey al 95%. En el estudio se determinó que aportarle la fitohormona vegetal a la planta se incrementa el peso de la fruta debo a que la fruta coge un mayor peso a través del grado y largo de la de los dedos, obteniéndose así un mayor número de caja 52 cajas/tratamiento en promedio con la aplicación de fitohormona con dosis de 1.5 mL/l-1, las otras dos dosis de aplicación también superaron al tratamiento testigo pero en menor proporción. El ratio y la merma también corroboran con la reacción positiva de la aplicación de la fitohormona vegetal por lo que se apreció un incremento en el ratio en los tratamientos que se aplicó la fitohormona de igual forma se vio una reducción en la merma ya que hubo un mayor aprovechamiento de la fruta por tener un peso, grado y largo de dedo más uniforme. | es_ES |
