Abstract
La siguiente investigación presenta una solución integral para el control de resoluciones, actas y títulos académicos para la secretaría general de la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo, la misma que permite tener un control en el registro de resoluciones actas, registro de notificaciones, registro de títulos académicos de la institución. A través del desarrollo e implementación de un sistema informático que integra las necesidades de la Secretaria General de la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo, con una interfaz amigable y de fácil manejo, se mejora la gestión administrativa.
El sitio web ha sido desarrollado usando las siguientes herramientas:
• Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2012.
• Base de Datos Sql Server 2012.
Una vez construido el sitio web, se puede acceder a él a través desde cualquier host dentro de la Universidad, ya que dicho sitio web está solo habilitado para la intranet, mediante cualquier navegador.
El programa permitirá que las notificaciones a los usuarios sean enviadas vía SMS y email mejorando el tiempo de entrega de notificaciones a los usuarios; así como el tiempo en la búsqueda de información y elaboración de informes; además de un control eficiente por parte del personal de la Secretaria General de la UTEQ.
Luego de realizada la implantación y las pruebas correspondientes con el personal de la institución, se demostró que mediante la utilización del Sistema Informático, mejora la administración significativamente.
Description
The following research presents an integrated solution for controlling resolutions, certificates and diplomas for general secretariat of state technical university of QuevedoB, which allows it to have control in the minute entry rulings, notification log, and title registration academic institution.
Through the development and implementation of a computer system that integrates the needs of the General Secretary of the State Technical University of Quevedo, with a friendly and easy to use interface, administrative management is improved.
The website has been developed using the following tools:
• Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2012.
• Database Sql Server 2012.
Once built the website, you can access it through from any host within the University, as this website is only enabled for the Internet, using any browser.
The program will allow notifications to users to be sent via SMS and email improve the delivery time of notifications to users as well as the time in search of information and reporting, in addition to an efficient control by the staff the General Secretary of the UTEQ.
After completion of the implementation and supporting evidence to the staff of the institution, it was shown that by using the Computer System significantly improves administration.
