| dc.description | The work was supported by determining the effect of different hormone levels in the induction of roots in cuttings of black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) among them Indole – butyric acid (IBA) and naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), at doses of 1500 mg kg-1 of IBA + 1500 mg kg-1 of ANA, 2000 mg kg-1 of IBA + 2000 mg kg-1 of ANA, 2500 mg kg-1 of IBA + 2500 mg kg-1 of ANA, 3000 mg kg-1 AIB + 3000 mg kg-1 of NAA and a control (no hormone), combined with theearth and sand substrate treatments are understudy. We performed a randomized complete factorial arrangement with five for two 10 treatments, five replications and eight observations per experimental unit. At 45 days were evaluated the survival rate, percentage of rooting, root number, root length greater number of shoots and greater shoot length, applying the Tukey test to determine significant differences between treatment measures. Analysis of results and interpretation of experimental evidence we conclude that the treatment achieved the highest average number and length of roots was the T5 (2000 mg kg-1 ANA + 2000 mg kg-1 more land AIB) with 5.32 and 6.52 respectively. The average survival rate ranged between 61.91 and 97%. The highest average rooting was observed in treatment T9 (3000 mg kg-1 ANA + 3000 mg kg-1 more land AIB) with 74.43%. The best treatments for number of outbreaks was the T8 (2500 mg kg-1 ANA + 2500 mg kg-1 AIB more sand) and the length of the T3 (1500 mg kg-1 ANA + 1500 mg kg-1 more land AIB) with 0.54 and 1.47 respectively. | dc.description.abstract | El trabajo se apoyó en determinar el efecto de distintas concentraciones hormonales en la inducción de raíces en estacas de pimienta negra (Piper nigrum L.), entre ellas el ácido indol-butírico (AIB) y el ácido naftalen acético (ANA), en dosis de 1500 mg kg-1 de AIB + 1500 mg kg -1de ANA, 2000 mg kg-1 de AIB + 2000 mg kg -1de ANA, 2500 mg kg-1 de AIB + 2500 mg kg -1de ANA , 3000 mg kg-1 de AIB + 3000 mg kg -1de ANA y un testigo (sin hormona), combinados con el sustrato tierra y arena que constituyen los tratamientos en estudio. Se aplicó un Diseño Completamente al Azar con arreglo factorial cinco por dos con 10 tratamientos, cinco repeticiones y ocho observaciones por unidad experimental. A los 45 días se evaluó el porcentaje de supervivencia, porcentaje de enraizamiento, número de raíces, longitud de raíz mayor, número de brotes y longitud de brotes mayor, aplicando la Prueba de Tukey para determinar las diferencias significativas entre las medidas de los tratamientos. Del análisis de interpretación de los resultados y evidencias experimentales se concluye que el tratamiento que logró el promedio más alto de número y longitud de raíces fue el T5 (2000 mg kg-1 ANA + 2000 mg Kg-1 AIB más tierra) con 5.32 y 6.52 respectivamente. El promedio del porcentaje de sobrevivencia estuvo entre 61,91 y 97 %. El porcentaje promedio más alto de enraizamiento fue el observado en el tratamiento T9 (3000 mg kg-1 ANA + 3000 mg Kg-1 AIB más tierra) con 74,43%. Los mejores tratamientos para número de brotes fue el T8 (2500 mg kg-1 ANA + 2500 mg Kg-1 AIB más arena) y para la longitud el T3 (1500 mg kg-1 ANA + 1500 mg Kg-1 AIB más tierra) con 0,54 y 1,47 respectivamente. El tratamiento que obtuvo la mejor rentabilidad fue el T2 (testigo en tierra) con 96.62 % de rentabilidad. | es_ES |
