Abstract
En la presente investigación titulada “AUDITORÍA DE GESTIÓN Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL DEPARTAMENTO DE TALENTO HUMANO DE LA EMPRESA TERRATECNICA S.A., EN EL CANTÓN VALENCIA EN EL PERÍODO 2019”, se estudia en esencia al talento humano, considerando que las personas son las portadoras del conocimiento por tanto son parte del capital humano, hoy en día el mercado laboral confirma esta tesis, donde el capital humano es factor decisivo en la competitividad y supervivencia empresarial, el área de talento humano, es un departamento es el mediador entre las diferentes áreas de la empresa ya que tiene que comunicarse, coordinar, permitiendo así, organizar, dirigir y controlar las actividades de la empresa. El objetivo de investigación es analizar la incidencia de la Auditoría de Gestión en las actividades del departamento de Talento Humano en la empresa Terratecnica S.A., del Cantón Valencia en el período 2019. La metodología de la investigación se fundamentó en la aplicación de los de métodos y técnicas e instrumentos como examinar, observar y comprobar en los documentos digitales y físicos, para la aplicación de encuestas y entrevistas, en la gestión del departamento de talento humano en la empresa, además se elaboró el cronograma de actividades y el presupuesto para el desarrollo de este.

In the present investigation entitled "MANAGEMENT AUDIT AND ITS IMPACT ON THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN TALENT OF THE EMPRESA TERRATECNICA SA, IN THE CANTON OF VALENCIA IN THE PERIOD 2019", the human talent is essentially studied, considering that people are the carriers of the Knowledge, therefore, are part of human capital, today the labor market confirms this thesis, where human capital is a decisive factor in business competitiveness and survival, the area of human talent, is a department is the mediator between the different areas of the company since it has to communicate, coordinate, thus allowing, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of the company. The research objective is to analyze the incidence of the Management Audit in the activities of the Human Talent department in the company Terratecnica SA, of the Canton of Valencia in the period 2019. The research methodology was based on the application of the methods and techniques and instruments such as examining, observing and checking digital and physical documents, for the application of surveys and interviews, in the management of the human talent department in the company, in addition the schedule of activities and the budget for the development of this.
