| dc.description | The company AGRIBORINQUEN Co. Ltda., it lacks a financial management that allows him to evaluate in way reliable real options, a continuous adaptation to the means and their growth in a more and more competitive environment as well as an orientation for the taking of opportune decisions. In and of itself, the administration of the company, it should propose to the general meeting of shareholders the design of financial strategies that allows to the company to improve their level of profitability and a sustainable growth that it assures their survival, the satisfaction of their shareholders and all who are developed in their environment. Once implemented these tools, the company owes quarterly monitorial, through the administration indicators and financial the achievement of objectives with the purpose of to verify and to control the reach of the dear budgets for every period or otherwise to take the stocks correctives or preventive of being necessary. Likewise, it is necessary that the growth of the costs and expenses are inferior to the growth of the sales; likewise the increment of the Assets debit side to be in function of the growth of the sales generated by the company so that it doesn't affect their operative activities and the rendering of services to their clients, lastly the level of indebtedness should be determined by the necessity of the company to fulfill the operative administration and I lower conditions that they collaborate better with volume of operations and profitability of the company. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La empresa AGRIBORINQUEN Cía. Ltda., carece de una gestión financiera que le permita evaluar de manera fiable opciones reales, una adaptación continua al medio y su crecimiento en un entorno cada vez más competitivo así como una orientación para la toma de decisiones oportunas. Por ello, la administración de la empresa, debe proponer a la junta general de accionistas el diseño de estrategias financieras que permita a la empresa mejorar su nivel de rentabilidad y un crecimiento sostenible que asegure su supervivencia, la satisfacción de sus accionistas y todos quienes se desarrollan en su entorno. Una vez implementada estas herramientas, la empresa debe monitorear trimestralmente, a través de los indicadores de gestión y financieros el logro de objetivos con la finalidad de verificar y controlar el alcance de los presupuestos estimados para cada periodo o de lo contrario tomar las acciones correctivas o preventivas de ser necesario. Así también, es necesario que el crecimiento de los costos y gastos sea inferior al crecimiento de las ventas; así también el incremento de los Activos debe estar en función del crecimiento de las ventas generadas por la empresa para que no afecte sus actividades operativas y la prestación de servicios a sus clientes, por último el nivel de endeudamiento debe estar determinado por la necesidad de la empresa para cumplir con la gestión operativa y bajo condiciones que colaboren mejor con volumen de operaciones y rentabilidad de la empresa. | es_ES |
