Abstract
El Cantón Quevedo es un lugar rodeado de naturaleza, por tal motivo me he visto en la necesidad de crear un centro turístico que se pueda disfrutar de todo lo q este cantón nos ofrece y así brindarle a todos los habitantes un sano lugar de esparcimiento y diversión familiar. La encuesta realizada a los habitantes nos demostró que el centro turístico tendrá una acogida favorable ya que permitiría el crecimiento y desarrollo de los habitantes y de la ciudad y lugares aledaños. Se hizo un estudio de los factores determinantes para la viabilidad del proyecto, estableciendo un lugar óptimo por su accesibilidad y características particulares del sector. De igual manera, se estableció la misión y la visión del complejo turístico Bella Luz, el personal adecuado y sus respectivas funciones para el correcto funcionamiento del complejo turístico. Los indicadores de la evaluación financiera: VAN, TIR, C/B, PE, determinaron que el proyecto es viable y rentable.
Description
Quevedo Canton is a place surrounded by nature, for that reason I have seen the need to create a tourist center that you can enjoy all the q this canton offers and provide everyone a healthy place for recreation and family fun. The survey of residents showed us that the resort will have a favorable reception since it would allow the growth and development of the inhabitants and the city and surroundings. A study of the determinants for the viability of the project, establishing an optimum place for their accessibility and particular features of the sector was made. Similarly, the mission and the vision of Bella Luz resort, adequate staff and their respective roles for the correct operation of the resort was established. The financial evaluation indicators: VAN, TIR, c/b, PE, they determined that the project is viable and profitable.
